The residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are operational. There are no issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks in my flat. Ola and Uber can be booked online and reach the society easily. The bus depot is near the society, and the roads outside are well-maintained.
There is no auto stand near the society. Currently, there is a slight issue with the water supply in the society. Additionally, there is a leakage issue in the garden area of the society.

The society is connected to the main road, and amenities like schools, markets, hospitals, and supermarkets are nearby. The lift, CCTV cameras, and security guards are well-maintained. Garbage collection is on time, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained; there are no issues there. There are no problems with street dogs or pet dogs either.
The people in the society are not friendly, and the community culture isn't great either. There is a play area and garden available, but children don't enjoy them, and they are more suited for older people. There are no modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse because it's an old building, over 25 years old, which also causes issues like seepage that can be fixed with maintenance. There are coordination problems with the maintenance team; we often have to handle things ourselves. The society managers are elderly, which is an issue. Cultural events are not celebrated here. The society managers and committee members are all elderly, so they don't listen to others' opinions and just do things their own way.

I appreciate the excellent connectivity like the easy access to auto, taxi and well-maintained facilities in our neighborhood. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring durability and comfort. The security measures, including CCTV surveillance, provide peace of mind. Parking and guest facilities are well-organized, contributing to a hassle-free experience for residents and visitors alike.
The only downside is the limited amenities within the building, given its age of over 50 years. While the neighborhood and external facilities are superb, internal amenities like park, gym or club houses could be included to meet contemporary standards, making it more appealing for residents seeking a more comprehensive living environment.

Apartments in Thiruverkadu are reasonably priced for those looking for a home in Chennai. The homes have good ventilation and the kitchen, bathroom fittings are good. There are CCTV cameras along with security guard support to ensure complete safety in society. Good connectivity to shops, malls, ATMs, colleges and schools, and all other basic amenities are available within a walking distance.

You can see the various sorts of Imperia Phase 3 setups. The senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about safety because neighbors are helpful and there CCTV cameras are installed in the entire society along with the secured guards. All major schools, colleges, and institutes are nearby which further relieves the parents. Ola, Uber cabs arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is nearby.

Balconies with plenty of space and bathrooms with modern fixtures create a wonderfully liberated mood. Street lights are there at even the next step. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society. It has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and is well connected with plenty of transport options.
