Residents in the society are known for their friendly and respectful demeanor. Connectivity options such as Ola and Uber make transportation easily accessible. Well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym enhance the quality of life. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7, with reliable power backup available. Efficient garbage collection with separate disposal for wet and dry waste contributes to cleanliness. Residents come together to celebrate every festival as a family, fostering a sense of community and enjoyment.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, evident from leakages and seepages, particularly in some walls of the flats, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed due to water scarcity, further impacting the amenities available to residents. These issues require attention to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the city if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available in the society. We can celebrate every festival in the society. Parking space is very spacious, and there are visitors' parking spaces in the society. There is a lot of greenery in the city, providing a spacious and fresh atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There are a lot of traffic issues around the society, and there is a main road near the society, so there's pollution like sound pollution. Roadside garbage collection is not good in the society.

Good things here
Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking areas are very spacious. The construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. People are very friendly here. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are available and within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is poor as cabs are not easily available in the society, and it takes time for them to reach. Power backup is not available in the society. There is no visitor parking in the community.

Good things here
The association is friendly and organizes celebrations for all festivals. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are petrol bunks, bus stops, supermarkets, and ATMs. Roads are in good condition with ample parking space. Maintenance includes thorough housekeeping and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, or lift functioning. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available.
Things need improvement
Street lights are not working, causing inconvenience and safety concerns. Additionally, there is a lack of proper services in their society, impacting residents' daily lives and comfort.

Good things here
Building in the society has no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks . We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Parking facilities are good.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was bad as it was hard to get ola, uber or buses. Neighbourhood is not safe at night due to empty roads . No festival celebration . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park were not used by me .

The metro is extensive, spanning approximately 15 km. Residents prefer nearby destinations within this radius for their commute,

Good things here
The location of the society is peaceful and calm, situated a bit away from the main part of the city. Security is also excellent due to the adequate number of staff and well-functioning CCTV systems. The connectivity of the society is decent, with several supermarkets, schools, and restaurants easily accessible within a kilometer radius. Though the construction is older, there have been no complaints from residents regarding seepages. Amenities such as a grocery store, vegetable shop, swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, walking area, and play areas are available. Additionally, the greenery in the area is commendable.

There are no hospitals nearby to society and public transportation such as a bus stop and sometimes cab availability is also difficult.
