Good things here
The well-maintained green spaces and the higher construction standards we have compared to neighboring societies. Having a spacious playground and top-notch gym facilities is definitely a bonus. However, the occasional seepage problem and moderate maintenance charges are areas that could use some attention.
Things need improvement
On the flip side, I wasn't too keen on the inadequate public transport connectivity and the recurring seepage problems in the society. The lackadaisical management of the society and the subpar quality of road construction were also notable drawbacks. Despite the convenient proximity to schools and markets, the shortcomings in maintenance and amenities were apparent.

Good things here
I'm really impressed by the lush green surroundings and beautifully kept green areas in our society. They definitely contribute to the overall charm of living here. The superior construction quality compared to neighboring societies is another big draw for me. Plus, having amenities like well-maintained swimming pools and gyms right here is such a bonus for us residents. And with schools and colleges nearby, it's super convenient for families like mine.

You need to go outside when you have a swimming pool, children's play area, yoga/dance studio, sand pits for kids and a barbecue deck in your society. Providing such amazing facilities. I have bought an apartment here.

I have two children, one in college and the other in school. Buying an apartment was the best idea as a lot of reputed schools and colleges are located nearby. And the apartments are spacious and beautifully built

I have bought a luxury apartment. It is the tallest tower. It has tiered podium parking tiered security is provided. The habitable floor starts from above ground. Since it is the tallest tower of windows, it offers a good view of the place.
