Good things here
Rooms very quite spacious. Connectivity was good, cabs autos were available easily. Society was very much neat and clean. Garden area was beautiful. Build quality was great. Lifts were very well maintained.
Things need improvement
There was no dedicated space for the parking, but some space has been provided to park the vehicles. Swimming pool and clubhouse was not provided

Build quality was good,no leakage and seepage issues. Maintenance facilities of the apartment are top notch

Power back up facilities has not been provided. There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society

Good things here
Parking space of the apartment was quite big and allocated parking has been provided. Society is neat, clean and hygienic. Security system was good.

Amenties are the drawback of the society as such modern amenities has not been introduced

In this society, convenient access to public transportation options such as the metro, buses, and cabs is readily available.

This drawback of this society is there are too many families (about 1500) living in a small area.

Good things here
Builder has delivered all the amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym and park. Allocated parking has been provided.24/7 water supply and power back up facilities are there.
Things need improvement
Build quality is pathetic, all over leakage and seepage issues in the balconies.the worst Maintenance of the apartment. Poor connectivity with local transport facilities. Frequent power cut issue in the society.

Good things here
Schools, hospitals are nearby the apartment, accessibility is good.bachelors are allowed in the society and no extra charges has been taken. Attentive managing committee to resolve issues.
Things need improvement
some units are facing leakage and seepage issues. Maintainace of the lift should be improved.

Good things here
Polite and respectful people contribute to a positive community atmosphere in the society. Effective security in the society is crucial and safety at nighttimes. The society community feels like a village atmosphere can be positive and comforting experience.
Things need improvement
Parking area is problematic. Poor road conditions can be incompetent. Water is logged on roads during rain.
