Peaceful environment is essential for a comfortable living experience. Additionally, the presence of CCTV cameras in every building providing extra security must offer peace of mind, knowing that your safety is being prioritized.

I'm frustrated because there aren't enough swimming pools and playgrounds for kids to play in, which means they don't have as much fun stuff to do. Plus, the cost of keeping everything running smoothly is really high, and it's tough for us to pay for nice things like that in our neighborhood.

Having access to well-maintained club facilities and a spacious playground for your family must be wonderful. The convenience of shops within the society for daily needs is definitely a plus. It's also fantastic that you appreciate the well-maintained parks and the absence of traffic jams nearby, which undoubtedly contribute to a more enjoyable living environment. Lastly, having well-maintained roads that enhance commuting and connectivity in the area is certainly a valuable asset.

The lack of swimming pools and kids' playgrounds in the NDA Janta Flats is disappointing. The absence of proper parking for cars, leading to parking in front of buildings, is inconvenient. High maintenance charges are a drawback, as well as the limited green area. Additionally, the poor construction quality and lack of club facilities are disappointing aspects of the project.

Good things here
I really enjoy living in NDA Janta Flats because there's a big playground where kids can play freely, and the neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The fact that there are CCTV cameras for security makes me feel safer, and it's great that we celebrate festivals together as a community, which brings us closer together.
Things need improvement
I'm not too happy about the fact that there are no swimming pools or designated parking spots for cars in NDA Janta Flats. The construction work that's always happening can be really annoying, especially when they're working on the gas pipelines. It's also a big concern that some residents cause disturbances when they're drunk. On top of all that, the maintenance charges are really high, and it's a shame that there's no gym or club facilities available.
