Good things here
The maintenance, construction quality, connectivity, and amenities in the society are all excellent. The society is well-maintained with regular cleaning schedules and proper garbage disposal. This ensures a clean and hygienic environment for all residents. The construction quality is top-notch, with sturdy buildings and well-designed infrastructure. There are no issues of seepage or structural concerns, indicating superior craftsmanship and materials used in construction. The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with well-maintained roads and easy access to public transportation. Residents have convenient access to nearby schools, hospitals, markets, and other essential facilities, enhancing their quality of life. The society offers a wide range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and more. These facilities are well-maintained and provide residents with opportunities for recreation and relaxation within the community. Overall, the combination of efficient maintenance, high construction standards, seamless connectivity, and abundant amenities makes the society an ideal�place�to�live.
Things need improvement
Our society ranks in the top 10 in Pune, and everything here is already excellent. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed through maintenance. Two years ago, there was a problem with the sea beach, but it was resolved, and since then, there have been no issues. So, there is no need for any improvements�here�today.

Good things here
Residents had easy access to transportation options like auto rickshaws, buses, and the local railway station, making commuting hassle-free. The roads outside the society were well-kept, ensuring smooth travel. Modern amenities were readily available and maintained to a high standard. Festivals were celebrated together, fostering a sense of community. Flats were designed with good ventilation and received plenty of sunlight, creating a comfortable living environment. The society enjoyed a continuous water supply and upheld cleanliness standards. Balconies provided additional space for residents to relax. Furthermore, there were no concerns regarding traffic or pollution near the society, with malls and restaurants conveniently located nearby for leisure and dining options.
Things need improvement
There was no designated parking area for visitors, which was inconvenient. I also faced a slight issue with leakage in my flat. It took approximately 45 minutes to reach the airport from the society, which was a bit longer than expected.

Despite the good connectivity and amenities, the residents' rudeness and lack of friendliness create a significant discomfort for those living there. This negative social atmosphere overshadows the society's otherwise positive aspects.

The residential society offers uninterrupted electricity, commendable security, and easy access to public transport. Nearby amenities include markets, schools, and restaurants, while designated parking and timely garbage collection maintain cleanliness. The community is friendly and cooperative.

The property is currently addressing seepage issues, primarily affecting washrooms and causing damage to furniture, necessitating urgent maintenance to prevent further deterioration. Additionally, its location alongside a dusty roadside raises concerns about cleanliness and air quality.
