Good things here
I used to live here from 2016 to 2022. Connectivity was great with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Security was good with CCTV cameras. There were no issues with parking or guest parking. There were no problems with stray dogs either. These things made living here quite nice.
Things need improvement
Maintenance was bad, and there was leakage in the walls. The gym was not good and had very few equipments. The neighbourhood was not friendly and they had issues with a bid loud music often and the society isn't much bachelor friendly

Good things here
Schools and hospitals are nearby, good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
No amenities except swimming pool in the society like club house , park and gym. No other issues in the society regarding anything , its a great society to live in.

Good things here
The locality of our society is excellent, offering good connectivity with readily available cabs and autos when booked through Ola or Uber. We benefit from reliable 24/7 water facilities and available power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, conducted daily within the society. Public transportation is conveniently accessible within 50 meters, enhancing convenience for residents. Sakara Hospital is nearby, just 2 km away, providing easy access to healthcare services. Due to COVID-19, we are vacating from the society. Despite this, amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area, as well as maintenance services, are available for residents. Nearby offices add to the convenience of living in our society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of facilities in our society is inadequate, which impacts overall lifestyle satisfaction. The swimming pool area, in particular, consistently appears neglected. The monthly maintenance expenses amount to approximately 7000 rupees, which we bear. Additionally, the distance to the nearest metro stations is quite far, approximately 7 km away, making commuting less convenient for residents. These factors contribute to the challenges faced in our community regarding maintenance and transportation accessibility.

Good things here
Transportation is very good in the society; there is a bus stop available right opposite the society within 50 meters. Airport taxis are also available nearby and are very convenient. Cabs and autos are easily accessible if we book Ola or Uber. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or seepages in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available and well-maintained in the society. The water facility is very good, and garbage collection is also excellent; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is spacious in the society.
Things need improvement
Here is an issue with the availability of power backup in the society; it's not connected to all houses which is inconvenient. There is no visitor parking in the vicinity. There is a lot of traffic outside the society, especially on the main road, which causes significant inconvenience and pollution.

Good things here
The timely garbage pickup ensures that our surroundings remain clean and pleasant, making daily life much more enjoyable. The community here is wonderful; our neighbors are not only good but also very supportive, which creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. the convenience of having auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available is a huge plus. Public transport options, like the metro and buses, are easily accessible, making commuting around the city hassle-free. Overall, living here is a delightful experience with all these great amenities and a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
As a resident of this society, I have some concerns that need to be addressed. There are noticeable cracks in the building, which raise safety worries. Unfortunately, repairs are not done on time, leaving residents feeling neglected. The gym and swimming pools are not well-maintained, which is disappointing as these facilities were a major attraction. Additionally, there are too many restrictions placed on their use, making it difficult for residents to enjoy these amenities. Overall, these issues significantly impact the quality of living in this society.

Living here has been a pleasure. The neighbours are incredibly friendly and cooperative. Maintenance is reliable, with any issues promptly addressed. The garbage collection is regularly done and the overall upkeep of the society is consistently good. The amenities are top-notch, including a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, all of which are well-maintained. The construction quality is excellant, offering well-built and wider windows with no major issues of seepage or termites. The connectivity is convenient as buses, autos, and cabs are readily available, making commuting hassle-free.
Things need improvement
Everything here meets my expectations perfectly. I've never had any significant issues, and the society committee has been efficient in addressing any concerns that arise.

Good things here
The society had good cleanliness, basic gym equipment, timely garbage collection, a pool, good security, well-ventilated flats, and friendly people who preferred cleanliness. Transportation was convenient with a bus stop right outside the society, making Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs easily available. There were also many restaurants near the society.
Things need improvement
The old construction led to seepage in the bathroom area, and there had not been any renovation by 2019. There was only one old elevator and one shuttle, both of which were not new but still functional.

Good things here
Good connectivity with autos and cabs available and schools , hospitals are nearby. Modern amenities including swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park, excellent ventilation, good security and parking facilities. No issues in water , electricity supply , proper garbage collection .
Things need improvement
Minor leakage and seepage issues (manageable), aging building, limited socialization although Ganpati festival is celebrated. No other issues in the society.

Good things here
The society has good security with CCTV installed. There is enough greenery, and water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained, and public transport is easily available.

The society is 25 years old, so there are issues like leakage and seepage. It has all modern amenities, but they are somewhat compact and not spacious. There is some traffic near the society.
