Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 within the society, and power backup is also provided. Waste collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and well-maintained indoor games are available within the society. The parking area is spacious. Facilities like supermarkets, vegetable markets, and schools are conveniently located within a 300-meter radius from the society. Schools are also available within a 1 km radius, and school buses will come inside the society for pickup.

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive within the society. Pollution levels are high due to ongoing construction activities around the society. Additionally, there are some minor construction quality issues like water leaks and seepage problems in the bathrooms, which are very inconvenient.

Water availability is reliable, and there's a power backup system in place. Additionally, all amenities are well-maintained, and every possible facility is available within the society. The residents of the community are respectful and courteous, creating a pleasant living environment.

The water facility is good in the society compared to other societies. Garbage collection is also good; it occurs daily at a specific time. People are very respectful in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family. There is a mini function hall in the society. Ventilation in the society is very good, especially in my flat.

In the society, there is a lot of greenery, making it a very pleasant environment. Maintenance is very well-managed in the society.

I left this society about three years ago, and during my time there, I found the connectivity to be quite decent, especially with several IT companies nearby. Plus, having Rainbow Hospital close by was reassuring. The accessibility to the airport was good, and there was even talk of an upcoming metro line, which would have been a great addition. Maintenance-wise, the society did a commendable job � no issues with water or electricity, and any minor leaks were promptly taken care of. The monthly maintenance charges were reasonable considering the services provided. The society also boasted several amenities, like ample parking, well-maintained elevators, reliable power backups, and a robust 24/7 security system. I lived in a penthouse on the 4th floor, and I must say, the ventilation there was excellent.

Furthermore, the proximity of parking areas to electrical installations poses safety risks, highlighting potential hazards within the society.

Being located in a prime area with easy access to essential amenities like grocery stores, salons, shops, and public transportation is convenient and enhances the overall living experience. The regular maintenance and cleanliness efforts, including thorough housekeeping and garbage collection, contribute to a well-kept environment. This society has top-notch connectivity to all major nearby locations, due to its proximity to the main road and the metro station, which is approximately 1km away. Additionally, there are several bus stops conveniently located near the society. Schools, hospitals, banks, and various markets are easily accessible, with many within walking distance and a 1km radius of the society. Furthermore, there are tech parks in the vicinity. With over 100 families residing in the society, maintenance facilities are commendable, featuring efficient garbage collection and disposal systems. Moreover, there are no water issues, even during the summer months. The monthly maintenance charges are also reasonable which is around Rs 4000 per month fixed for all the flats. Within the society, residents can enjoy various amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area. Security measures are robust.

Its connectivity is excellent, as it's situated within around 500 meters of a tech park where I work. Additionally, there are small vegetable shops, a bus stop, a shopping mall, and a pet park within walking distance of the society. The maintenance of the society is top-notch, with reliable power backups and well-maintained elevators. Garbage collection and cleaning services are efficient, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The society's amenities, such as the party hall, gymnasium, and swimming pool, are also impressive and undergo daily cleaning to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

In the society where I resided for three years, one of the major drawbacks was that the ground floor was essentially the basement level, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, there was a lack of proper play areas for children. Outdoor sports facilities such as basketball and badminton courts were non-existent. Hospitals are also within 500 meters for emergencies. Water facilities are reliable 24/7, and there is power backup in the society. Public transportation, like the bus stand, is conveniently located within 400 meters from the society.
