The building quality is excellent, and the maintenance is completed on schedule and without delay. The management is helpful and provides prompt resolution. Schools and colleges are also close by. Because there are no traffic delays, cabs arrive on time.

Mahaveer Creek's beginning certificate has not been granted. Well connected with nearby markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, and colleges. Due to its location, there are hardly any traffic problems which is simply great as it helps the residents to reach the destination in no time. Most of the facilities are available in the same premises like grocery shops, gym, parks, swimming pool, jogging track, etc. CCTV cameras with police patrolling and security guards are there to keep people safe.

The neighborhood is also well-served by a well-developed bus and road network. The accessibility to Mahesh Society is amazing since you can immediately hire a cab or taxi and have it arrive without delay. The road that runs through the heart of JP Nagar Phase 5 connects the suburb to the rest of the city. Public transport is very good, there is no problem in coming to the nearby railway station and there are markets, restaurants, shopping malls nearby. Good building quality comes as well the maintenance is done on time without any lag. The management is supportive and gives resolution on time. The schools, colleges are also near. There are no traffic jams hence cabs also reach here on time.

I own a 3 BHK here. I am amazed by its architecture. The location is excellent. I can easily connect to school, malls, banks, ATMs, etc. Everything is fine here.
