Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 in the city, and there's also power backup available. Garbage collection is very efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The greenery in the society is very good, enhancing the ambiance. Public transportation like buses is available within a convenient walking distance of around 300 meters from the society. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues on the main road of the society, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, pollution is a concern due to the nearby main road. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The roads are in very bad condition, adding to the inconvenience. The construction quality is average, with some external cracks on the walls in the society.

Connectivity, including cab and ride-sharing services, is readily available within walking distance of the society. Residents are respectful, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere. Water facilities are reliable and available 24/7, with power backup also in place. Garbage collection is efficient, with waste collected daily at a specific time. The community is very close-knit, fostering strong bonds among residents. Having lived here for 10 years, I can attest that the society is very good. Additionally, public transportation like buses is conveniently accessible within 200 meters from the society.
Things need improvement
The metro connection is quite distant from the society, approximately 3-4 km away. However, the maintenance care experience within the society itself is good. Unfortunately, cleaning outside the society leaves much to be desired, with roads not being well-maintained.

Schools are also situated within 2-3 kilometers from the city, and there are internal transportation options available there. There are ample recreational areas in the city. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the city. Power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the city. Greenery in the society is well maintained and contributes to a pleasant environment. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000-4000 rupees, which we are paying in the city. Parking facilities are spacious. There are designated visitor parking spots in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, including metros and bus deposits, is very inconvenient. Visitor parking is consistently limited in the city. There is a lot of traffic congestion around the society due to main roads.

We pay around 4000-5000 rupees for maintenance charges in the society. Public transportation, such as buses, is available approximately 2 kilometers away, while the metro is about 5-6 kilometers away. Unfortunately, the construction quality is poor, and there are some minor issues within the society.

Moreover, power backup is available, and regular garbage collection is carried out at specific times, ensuring cleanliness within the society.

There can be network issues so you need to be on wifi to be connected. Otherwise, there is no issues in general.

Additionally, the presence of security guards ensures a safe environment for all residents.

Localities around the society are very beautiful. There is a lake in front of the society, which is very good. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry separately. Ambient atmosphere of the swimming area is well-maintained and hygienic. Clubhouse is also spacious. There are amenities like table tennis and kids' play area available and well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is a small convenience store inside of the society, which is very convenient. Facilities like a football court are also available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the gym is not good; there are no good equipments in the gym. Construction quality is poor; there are some leakages and seepage issues in bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Road quality should be improved in the society. Facilities available 2 km from the city are very inconvenient.
