As an owner, I will undoubtedly value this society. A very cool and lovely area to live. Staff keeps all amenities in good working order. Safety, security, cleanliness, hot water, and electricity are all up to date.

The society is well-kept, yet it is extremely old. Maintenance fees are exorbitant and on the high side, making them unaffordable. The outer connected roads are thinner and in poor shape. Because of its proximity to the mall, traffic congestion issues cannot be neglected.

This is a residential complex that also has a club and a swimming pool. The units are big, with a large balcony and an intercom system for contacting the entry gate. However, the complex has minimal open space for children to play, and the road leading to the complex is always in need of maintenance.

A well-kept and spacious society in which to live. Shopping malls, grocery stores, medical shops, hospitals, and hotels are all nearby. However, one disadvantage is that it is located far from the bus stop and main road. The sun light in the flat is wonderful, and each flat has a nice balcony.
