Good things here
All required facilities are present. The property has 2 spacious balconies along with one big dry balcony with pigeon net.

Things need improvement
There is nothing as such to dislike regarding property. One would really love to stay here. There won't be any issues from the owner. The owner just wants the tenant should use the property wisely and pay rent on time.
