Good things here
Connectivity is fine in the society; cabs and autos are easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance of the water facility is very good, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good. Parking area is spacious in the society, and there is sufficient parking for everyone in the basement. The greenery of the society is very good and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the society, with some seepage issues present. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society.

The locality of the society is very good. There is a good walking space within the society, which is very convenient. Public transportation is available within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society, making it easy to commute. The maintenance services are excellent, and the cleaning staff do a great job. The power backup systems are reliable, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. Garbage collection is very efficient, keeping the area clean and tidy. The connectivity to nearby areas and amenities is convenient, with easy access to main roads and public transport. Hospitals are available within 300 meters from the society, providing quick access to medical care when needed. The presence of supermarkets and other essential services within close proximity is also very convenient. Amenities within the society include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a children's play area. These facilities are available and well-maintained, enhancing the living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
There are noise issues near the society due to the metro construction and the traffic outside the streets, which can be inconvenient for residents. Cleaning should be improved in the outer areas of the society to enhance cleanliness and convenience for everyone.

Amenities like a gym are the only ones available in the society. Facilities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, and stalls are all within walking distance of the society. Connectivity, including access to cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. If we book Ola or Uber, they are accessible within the society. Maintenance services are available in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or seepages in the society. The parking area is spacious in the society, and there is no visitor parking available.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near the society, and there is traffic congestion nearby as well. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and indoor games are not available in the society. There is significant traffic congestion outside the society, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
The cleanliness of the society is excellent. They clean regularly and collect garbage every day. There is 24/7 water and power supply. Life is well-functioning, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The people are friendly and communicate well with each other. We celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity is good with a bus stop, supermarkets, and hospitals within 1 km. The street lights are functional, and there is ample parking space. Amenities such as a children's park, gym, theater, and community hall are available.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the community faces water logging issues, causing inconvenience. Efforts are being made to improve drainage systems to prevent flooding and ensure a more comfortable living environment.

Good things here
One of the best things about the society was its strong sense of community. We celebrated all the festivals together, and everyone, including me as a tenant, felt like part of a close-knit group. The management team was really on top of things, especially with garbage collection and separating wet and dry waste. The apartments were spacious and well-built, with large windows that ensured great ventilation and top-notch plaster quality, never a hint of seepage. Connectivity was also a highlight, with autorickshaws and cabs always just a call away.
Things need improvement
Back when I lived there two years ago, the lack of nearby markets was a bit inconvenient. Also, the society didn't offer any amenities like a garden, which would have been nice for such a cozy community. Despite that, everything else about living there was wonderful.

Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection are some positives here in the society. Everyone in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities are there in the society. staff is also great here.

I am completely satisfied with my society , its quite comfortable to be here . I haven't faced any major issues as such regarding connectivity , maintenance , construction, amenities and neighbourhood.

Gated community, fire fighting service, power back up, swimming pool, gymnasium, lifts all the necessary services are aviable and connection with the other parts with the chennai are accessible and main roads are near by.
