Good things here

The well-maintained club and ample parking space in the society. The lush green surroundings and easy availability of cabs/auto are also positives for me. However, I am a bit disappointed by the expensive rates compared to my previous locations in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, and I. P. Extension, East Delhi.

On the downside, the ongoing construction in front of the society affects the overall ambiance negatively. The maintenance charges of Rs. 8000 per flat seem a bit steep, and the poorly constructed roads, especially the Golf Course Road Extension, make commuting a bit challenging. Additionally, the lack of nearby markets and playgrounds is also a drawback for me in this society.

Good things here

I have recently moved from the society and am currently residing in Bhubaneswar. Maintenance was generally good, with a focus on hygiene and cleanliness. The gym and clubhouse were well maintained. Social interactions with neighbors were limited, as people in the community did not socialize much. However, participation in society events was notable.

Public transport options were limited, and we often had to walk to find autos, rickshaws, or reach the Gurgaon Sector 50 metro station, which was approximately 30-45 minutes away. seepage and leakage issues were prevalent, particularly during the rainy season, causing problems. Water logging was a common challenge during the rainy season, leading to dampness. During my stay, the swimming pool was not functional.

The society has the facilities of gym, swimming pool and park. Autos and cabs are easily available. The society organises a lot of cultural events and all the residents participate in those events.

Things need improvement

Seepage is a major issue in all the buildings of the society. Water logging happens in the basement during rainy season. Metro station is far away from the society.

Good things here

Well maintained society. The approach road is convenient and connects Gold course extension and Sohna road. It is adjacent to 3 major schools like DPS, Xaviers, RPS. Also it has multiple malls, entertainment places nearby like IFC global, Airia Mall, Good earth mall etc. The society has good clubhouse.

Things need improvement

Construction quality is a question especially walls. high maintenance cost as compared to other societies.
