Good things here
All the modern but semi amenities like gym,kid play area,football court. play ground and garden are available in the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and tenants in the society. High security system as there are cctv in all the areas and 24/7 security staff available in the society. Boom barrier facilties are also available in the society. maintenanace is really good in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near by the society,there are 2 railway station that you can connect which is mansarovar and kharghar but the bus is available for only mansarovar station so you have catch auto to reach there as frequency of the buses is also limited. There are leakage and seepage issues in the society so the quality of the construction is below average. There was no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Construction quality of Neelkant majestic society is the best around whole kamalboli area.everything in society is very well managed in terms of amenities or Maintenance.locality of this society is top notch everything available easily.allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
Overall my living experience in this society is up to the mark,everything is working smoothly and i do not have any complain regarding anything

The healthy environment improves the living of the customers. They are facilitated with a swimming pool which helps the customers to refresh themselves. The place is adequately safe and secured.

The living experience of the people in the residency is too good. It provides the facility of libraries, gymnasiums, swimming pool, club room and many mmore. The price of the buildings is moderate.
