Good things here
Living in that society was an amazing experience. Local transportation was easily approachable, and multiple schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and movie theaters were nearby, making the locality very convenient. The build quality was excellent, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, featuring proper ventilation, large windows, and attached balconies. All the amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park, were available and tenants could use them without extra charges. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors was provided, and there were no drainage issues. Safety features like fire extinguishers were in place, and all areas were under CCTV surveillance. There were guards available 24/7, and the society had a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply. The residents were friendly and cooperative, contributing to a pleasant community�atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near the society, and the railway station is far away. The airport is about 50 minutes to 1 hour away from the society. One major drawback is the lack of a temple within the society. Additionally, the approach road to the society connects to a main road that is around 700 meters away. This connecting road lacks street lighting at night, making it risky for traveling. Furthermore, there are no CCTVs available�in�the�society. One of the notable downsides was that community events and functions were not celebrated, leading to a lack of social cohesion. As a result, everyone lived their own lives, and coordination between residents was�not�that�great.

Good things here
I've found a wonderful place to live! The construction quality of our society is top-notch, with spacious and well-ventilated flats. The people here are incredibly nice, friendly, and cooperative, making it a joy to interact with them. Plus, all the basic amenities promised are available like gym, swimming pool, club house and play area for kids, which adds to the convenience and comfort of living here.
Things need improvement
While my society is great overall, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The connectivity around the area could be better, making it easier to access essential services and amenities. Additionally, maintenance services could be more efficient to ensure everything runs smoothly. One particular issue is with the water supply, which seems to be a common problem in many places. Despite these challenges, everything else about the society is positive, and with some enhancements, it could become even better.

Good things here
I appreciate many aspects of living in this housing society. The area is spacious, providing plenty of room to move around and enjoy. The apartment itself is well-built and maintained, offering a comfortable living space. The amenities are also quite good, including facilities that cater to various needs and preferences. Overall, the living conditions are satisfying and contribute to a pleasant daily experience
Things need improvement
On the downside, the connectivity is a significant issue. It can be quite challenging to get around due to the lack of convenient transportation options. Additionally, while the social life isn't bad, the people here are not very interactive. This makes it harder to build a strong community feel and connect with neighbors, which is something I value in a residential area.

The society offers amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park, all of which are well-maintained and equipped. A maintenance team is present to address daily challenges and ensure care for the community. Security features include guards at the entrance and CCTV coverage throughout the area. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply available�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
The railway station is distant from the society, and there is no metro nearby. The build quality is subpar, with numerous issues such as leakages and seepage problems within the society. The maintenance team addresses issues that arise�in�the�society.

Good things here
I have had a very positive experience living in this society. Everything is available and well-maintained. Parking has never been an issue, and garbage collection always happens on time. The cleaning services are very efficient. I have never faced any problems with seepage or leakage. Additionally, the people in the society are friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
Despite the many positives, there are a couple of significant issues. The society faces boring problems, which can affect water supply reliability. Moreover, the hard water issue is quite inconvenient, affecting daily chores and the longevity of appliances. These issues need immediate attention to ensure a completely satisfying living environment.
