Good things here
The connectivity is good as we get Ola, Uber, auto, and cabs easily. The neighbourhood is friendly as well. The surrounding environment of the society is peaceful, making it a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
The delayed lift installation has been inconvenient for us. There has been in my home as well. Plus, the distance to the railway station and airport, is about an hour away, and it is a challenge for the residents and frequent travellers.

Social life within the community is vibrant, with frequent events and activities that foster a sense of belonging among residents.
Things need improvement
One significant drawback of this housing society is its secluded location. While this ensures peace and quiet, it also means residents may need to travel farther for shopping, entertainment, or other services. The lack of nearby amenities outside the society's premises could inconvenience residents who prefer a more urban lifestyle with everything within close reach. Potential residents should consider this aspect if proximity to urban conveniences is important to them.

Seepage and leakage were non-existent, reflecting a well-maintained infrastructure. Residents enjoyed uninterrupted power supply, with no reported issues of power cuts, ensuring consistent comfort and convenience. Cleanliness standards were noted to be satisfactory, with no identified areas for improvement, indicating efficient management of hygiene within the premises. Security measures were deemed satisfactory, providing residents with a sense of safety and peace of mind. Nonetheless, the lifts operated smoothly, offering reliable vertical transportation for residents.
Things need improvement
However, it's worth noting that amenities such as a swimming pool and gym area were not available, which could be a consideration for those seeking such facilities.

The society excels in all aspects, providing excellent connectivity, top-notch maintenance, high-quality construction, abundant amenities, and a very friendly community. It's an ideal place to live, offering a seamless blend of convenience, comfort, and camaraderie.
Things need improvement
While the society boasts exceptional connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and people friendliness, it may feel too perfect, leaving little room for improvement or personal customization. This might not appeal to those who enjoy more eclectic or less structured living environments.

Good things here
Security is efficient. malls and restaurants are nearby. water supply is 24*7 available. there are no leakage or seepage in building. people are good and celebrate every festival. all modern amenities are present and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Metro's construction work is ging on therefor there is traffic jam and pollution on the main road. railway station is not at walkable distance. for autorickshaws need go the main road.
