The construction quality is poor because the building is 12 years old, and repainting has not been done yet in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Pollution is present around the city due to ongoing constructions, leading to environmental concerns.

Ventilation in the flats is very good. The greenery in the society is also very good. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are available within a walkable distance from the society.
The construction quality in the society is poor, with similar seepage issues present in some walls. Additionally, hospitals are not available within the society, making it inconvenient for emergencies as the nearest ones are around 3 kilometers away. Roads within the society are not in good condition.

The connectivity of our society is fantastic. Within approximately 1 km, we've got a bus stop, a supermarket, grocery stores, and fruit shops�everything you need is right nearby. The area is well-lit with street lights, and there's plenty of parking space available. As for amenities, we've got it all: table tennis, a basketball court, a yoga room, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children's play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is well-managed, with regular cleaning and door-to-door garbage collection. The buildings are properly painted, and the lifts are always well-maintained. Plus, the maintenance charges are reasonable. The surrounding residents are really friendly and love interacting with each other.
The road quality is poor, and there's a lack of security. Unfortunately, there have been incidents of grocery items, including apples, being stolen.

Traffic issue is very high due to a nearby flyover, and there are some structural issues because of it. This is an industrial area, so many lorries and trucks come and go nearby, causing a lot of traffic issues. Traffic issue is a very major concern near the society. We can't go without our own vehicle from the society, which is very inconvenient. Due to the flyover, the traffic is very high nearby, and action should be taken for this issue.

Festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Dussehra are celebrated with great enthusiasm. The society's rules are strict, ensuring a no-nonsense environment. Connectivity within the society is excellent, with the metro station conveniently located just opposite. Schools are situated within a 2km radius of the society. Maintenance is top-notch, due to efficient garbage collection and a reliable sewage treatment plant, ensuring no issues with water or electricity. Despite the buildings being quite old, there are no major issues with seepage. Well-maintained amenities include a gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, and kids' play areas. Additionally, there is a supermarket within the society.
I moved out of this society around four years ago, and during my time there, the major drawback was the presence of a drainage system near the society emitting a foul smell. Additionally, there were frequent traffic jams caused by the flyover adjacent to the society, with large vehicles passing through. Moreover, there were no supermarkets near the society, and within the ones available, prices were expensive.
