Good things here
Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas right in the society must make it really easy to stay active and socialize. Plus, having a lift in the building adds to the convenience, especially when you need to get to your apartment quickly. But perhaps the best part of living there is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among the residents

Everything was good and there was no issue with seepage leakage. People of the society was good and amenitues were well maintained. There was no issue with anything

Society was well maintained. There were no problems with seepage or leakage. The society's residents were amiable, cooperative, and generally pleasant. Nothing required improvement.

Pet rules are in place, and lifts are well-maintained for convenience. CCTV surveillance enhances security throughout the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is poor, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Currently, facilities and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are under construction and not functional at the moment in the society.

There's convenient access to local transport like auto-rickshaws and cabs near the society, and schools and hospitals are also close by. The apartments are built with high quality, as there are no problems with water leakage or seepage. The society is meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean, neat, and hygienic atmosphere.

Only owners have been given allocated parking; there's no designated parking for visitors in the society. Additionally, there are no amenities available within the society.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Balcony is available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available in the society, all are well maintained.

Everything is available in the society, there is no such need of improvements required.

Good things here
All types of facilities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park are available within the society. There are markets available outside the society premises. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and services are provided on time. Water supply is adequate, and the cleanliness and greenery within the society are well-maintained. Security is excellent with CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises. It's the best society in this area.
Things need improvement
I don't think there is a need for any further improvement in the society because it is already very good and well-maintained. I have had no negative experiences regarding the society.

Good things here
The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. CCTV are installed all over the society. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The elevators works properly and there are no major issues faced regarding that. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. There are open spaces available in the society, society is very spacious. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. The society is very pet friendly, I myself have a dog and I have never faced any issues. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Mobile network and traffic issues outside the society has never happened. Paintings are done on time.
Things need improvement
There is no visitor's parking inside the society. The maintainance of the amenities are not done throughout the year, sometimes maintainance is done. Swimming pool is not functional throughout the year.
