Connectivity is very good. The construction quality of the society noting its solid build and attention to detail. The abundance of amenities available for residents such as a top-notch gym and a sparkling clean swimming pool underscores the management's commitment to enhancing the overall living experience. Seamless mobility is ensured with well-planned transportation options including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis facilitating easy access to essential services and facilities nearby. Moreover, the inclusion of a spacious park further elevates the appeal of the neighborhood providing a welcoming space for children to enjoy recreational activities and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
There were a lot of good things in the society so there is nothing to improve right now. Everything is good and well-maintained and amenities were also in good condition.

Good things here
Cleanliness and water supply were not issues in the society, and ample parking was available for both residents and visitors. The maintenance of the society was excellent, with justified maintenance charges. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. The society boasted sufficient greenery, and residents were cooperative, actively celebrating festivals together. The roads outside the society were well-maintained, and public transport was easily accessible, contributing to convenient commuting options.
Things need improvement
The area where the society is located frequently experiences power cuts, which is a significant concern for residents.

On the positive side, the water supply is reliable, ensuring consistent access to clean water for residents. The presence of ample open spaces is another positive aspect, providing opportunities for outdoor activities and enhancing the area's aesthetic appeal. The area outside the society faces significant challenges with narrow roads, which can cause traffic congestion and inconvenience for residents and visitors alike. Moreover, seepage issues within the society pose a notable concern, potentially leading to structural damage and discomfort for those living there.

Good things here
The Society premise are very well maintained and offers a wide range of facilities. There is a gazebo for senior citizens, a play area for young children, a kitty party hall for ladies, a gym equipped with new machines, a billiards table, a skating area, a swimming pool, and badminton and basketball court for ones leisure. Markets are within walking distance. Most importantly, residents are always willing to support the betterment of the community.
Things need improvement
Society lacks proper security systems and staff is rude. One needs to chage the maintaince staff. No proper vistor parking available. the community hall has a low ceiling and is positioned quite close to some of the houses.

Public transport, including readily available autos, offers convenient accessibility within the society. I'm fortunate not to encounter any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat, and consistent water availability ensures comfort and hygiene. Adequate parking facilities are allocated for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of flats falls short of expectations, indicating room for improvement. Additionally, the society lacks sufficient amenities, and those present are not adequately maintained, highlighting areas for enhancement in overall infrastructure and facilities.

The metro/Public transport is nearby and easily available from the society. There is all facilities available like play area, club house and swimming pool in the society. The maintenance is good in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no issue in the society. Everything is available in the society. There is no harm from the street animals in the society. Society is safe at night.

Highway is just near to the society e- rickshaw and auto easily available and accessible at society gate and ola uber easily available with no waiting time. Nature clean agency working in this society for garbage collection and disposal so cleanliness upto the mark they take care everything routinely. Maintenance team is proactive all the issues resolve rightaway anyone can raise issues at any time as maintenance team available 24*7. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight in each flat of the society as it was taken care during plan. All the amenieties available like Gym, swimingpool,clubhouse and well maintained and functional. Enough parking space most of the flats have 2-3 parking space. Residents are friendly and regular event celebrations in the society as holi is coming we already plan holi celebrations

Minor issues with seepage , No planned fireproof society, Metro is bit far from the society

The connectivity to the society is very good as the nearest metro station is 15 to 20 min and is connected to very good hospitals and schools and even the market is very close

Public transport easy to catch. facilitis like swiming pool, parking area , play ground , club house all are there .

Sometimes there are some water logging issue. for catching metro you have to go 5 km away from the society. for railway you have to go 45 min via pub lic transport.

Location of the society is the best part of the society. connectivity is also a good thing.

Society has as such no any problem but It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.
