Connectivity was excellent with easy access to public transportation, including the railway station and airport. Maintenance services were reliable, keeping the place clean and functional. The amenities provided were enjoyable and well-maintained. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, with good security measures in place, including CCTV coverage. There was ample parking for residents and guests, and stray dogs were well-managed.
The flat was very old, leading to numerous construction issues like leaks and cracks. Also, the tap water was often unavailable, which was a major inconvenience.

Well maintained amenities are avilable in the society is enjoyable. Lift maintaining is very smooth and safety ensures . people are well-educated and polite.
Construction quality is very bad . Leakages are occurs on the pipes. Hospitals are very very far in between 2 kms. Railway station is also not near from the society.

The amenities in the society, particularly the gym, are not up to par and require better maintenance. Additionally, the distance to hospitals, which are 2km away, could be inconvenient for residents in case of emergencies.

People in the society are very friendly and cooperative, fostering a positive living environment. Autos are conveniently available on the main road, just 500 meters away from the society. Schools are situated nearby within walking distance. Security is stringent and reliable in the society, with CCTV surveillance and vigilant security guards ensuring safety even during the night. Hospitals are also conveniently located within 2 kilometers from the society for emergency situations.
The construction quality in the society is poor, with numerous cracks evident in the building. Being approximately 15 years old, the building is showing signs of wear and tear. Additionally, there are seepage issues in the bathrooms within the society, further indicating the need for maintenance and renovation.

I can't recommend Jain Green Acres enough! The power backup and landscaping are top-notch, creating a beautiful and functional environment. The nearby schools, hospitals, and shopping malls make it an ideal location for families.

The cycling and jogging track in Jain Green Acres is my favourite spot to unwind after a long day. The community hall and multipurpose room add to the overall convenience and socialising opportunities.
