Good things here
The room size and hall size is big and greenery is there in the society.there is decent security guard n helpful too.

old property...mostly tap n shower not working properly...too narrow balcony not fit for washing machine..v.slow water flow that's why your RO and washing machine not working here.bmc water is the only option for water..you have to switch on and off to fill the tank all morning.temple is too near ..have to hear arti on speaker everyday
