Good things here
In the flats, there are no problems with leakage or seepage, and garbage collection is done daily, keeping the society clean. Water is available round the clock, and residents live in harmony, being very friendly. There are no traffic issues near the society, and autos are readily available nearby.
Things need improvement
The chairman of the society is involved in corrupt practices, acting more like a broker and allowing only those who pay brokerage fees to rent flats. He is uncooperative and difficult to work with. There is a lot of overgrown grass near the play area, leading to a bad smell. Additionally, the swimming pool meant for young children is not operational and needs to be made functional.

Good things here
The construction quality of the buildings is excellent. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is very good, with ample sunlight. Parking space is sufficient, and auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society.
Things need improvement
Due to ongoing construction, the roads have deteriorated and become narrow. Water is supplied by tankers, but it's not of good quality as it's hard water. Although there's an operational gym in a standalone building, there aren't any other modern amenities or a garden. The residents aren't cooperative, and the cleanliness of the society is not up to the mark.

Local transport facilities were easily accessible near the society. The construction quality was excellent, with good materials used by the builders, resulting in no issues with leakages or seepages. The roads outside the society were well-developed, with no ditches or waterlogging problems during the rainy season. All amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, park, and garden, were available and well-maintained by the maintenance team. The amenities were fully functional. Safety was ensured with fire safety features in place, and garbage was collected daily, maintaining cleanliness. Guards were stationed at the entrance, and security measures were in place throughout the area. The residents were cooperative and friendly, and all functions and festivals were celebrated within the society. Overall, the maintenance of the apartment�was�excellent.

Overall, there are no significant problems in the society. However, public transport facilities such as the metro and railway are not available nearby. Residents have to rely on local transportation options, though bus services are frequently available. Despite this, the frequency of the bus services is�somewhat�low.

I appreciate the good connectivity and the easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The best aspect of the society is the people�they are very nice, and we feel like a family. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. The apartments have proper ventilation, and there is regular electricity and water supply. Each resident has designated parking, and amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and maintained.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is poor, particularly regarding cleanliness. The construction quality is average, and the maintenance of amenities like the gym and swimming pool is very poor, with them being closed most of the time. Other than that, everything is fine.

So the construction quality of the society is excellent as it is 20 years old but there have been no issues with construction so far. Additionally, the maintenance services are very good; garbage collection is done on time, and the flats are well-ventilated and spacious. All amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained. Furthermore, the people in the society are friendly and cooperative. There is ample parking space provided in the society, including visitor parking, so there are never any issues with parking. Overall, it's a very�good�society.

Overall, the society is very good, but the road in front of the society, which is connected to the highway, is quite narrow. This causes a lot of traffic issues both in the morning and evening, leading to significant problems. So, I feel that the road should be improved for better traffic�management.

My experience in the society was quite good. The flats were well-ventilated, and I didn't face any issues like seepage, water leakage, or termite infestation. The maintenance of the society was also commendable; it was well-maintained with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. Additionally, the connectivity of the society was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, nearby schools, restaurants, and markets. The roads around the society were also well-constructed, making�commuting�easy.
Things need improvement
During the time I lived in the society, I didn't see anything that required improvement. The amenities were quite limited, and the people in the society weren't very friendly. Overall, there was no need for any�improvements.

The market area, schools, and colleges are conveniently located nearby. Maintenance is top-notch, with the society being very clean, including well-maintained plants and gardens. The clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool are available for residents' use.

Due to the security guards being elderly, they may not be able to perform their duties effectively. This has resulted in parking issues, as people do not park their vehicles properly.

The flats have good ventilation, and there are no leakage or seepage issues. There is round-the-clock water supply. All modern amenities such as gym, garden, and play area are well-maintained. The society is clean, and the residents are cooperative. There is sufficient parking, and the lifts are maintained.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are narrow, leading to traffic issues. The maintenance of the internal roads is not up to the mark. Additionally, the swimming pool is not in usable condition.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment is really good as there are many groccery and essential shops near by the society and local transport is also easy to approach near by the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society. allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. People over here are the best part of this society and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction of the apartment has become too old and there are constant leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. managing committe is also not attentive to resolve issues that comes accross. maintenace facilities are also poor as cctv are not functional most of the time even amenities are not well maintained.
