Good things here
Maintenance is satisfactory, ensuring that the property is well-kept and functioning properly. We appreciate the presence of garbage collection services, which help maintain cleanliness within the premises. The proximity of the market area enhances convenience for residents, facilitating easy access to essential goods and services. Telecom services are available, ensuring connectivity for residents to stay in touch with the outside world. The lift is in good condition, providing reliable vertical transportation within the building. Additionally, the presence of a swimming pool offers a recreational amenity for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The non-functional gym deprives residents of a potential fitness amenity, impacting their ability to maintain an active lifestyle. Despite the presence of other amenities, the non-functional gym might detract from the overall satisfaction and enjoyment of residents.

Good things here
I loved living in this society, people here were very good natured and calm , they were very cooperative and helpful, during my time here, we also used to play badminton together at night, which was very fun at times. Parking space here was sufficient and autos , rickshaws and cabs were also easily accessible. There were no problems of water supply and electric supply, water used to come there 24/7. There were also no security problems, There were also amenities like gyms, swimming pools and playing areas available. I don't know how well they were maintained, as i didn't avail any of them. It was a good experience to live here.
Things need improvement
There were sometimes, very rarely though, seepage and cracks issues, but these too get resolved very quickly, overall it was a good society and i did'n't face any issues there.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convenient, with public transport like autos and cabs easily available outside. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all nearby. Parking includes a basement. There is a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The community is friendly, especially welcoming to those not from Maharashtra.
Things need improvement
However, the roads are narrow and 2 km from the main roads. The apartments are quite old, around 10-11 years, with many cracks and poor construction quality. Sunlight is limited, and the solar heater provides hot water for only 2-3 hours. There is a clubhouse and a swimming pool, though the pool is not well-maintained.

There are local shops, markets, and grocery stores nearby. Ventilation is good, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Cleaning and hygiene are maintained well. The lifts, CCTV, and security are all working properly. Both covered and uncovered parking options are available in the society. The neighbors are friendly.
Things need improvement
However, there are no amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, playground, or garden in the society. Modern amenities are lacking. Cultural events are also not organized in the society.

The main road is just 500 meters away, making it easy to access cabs and buses. The future metro station nearby adds even more accessibility. Parking is available, and the ventilation in the apartments is excellent, ensuring a comfortable and airy living space.

The maintenance expenses are high, which can be burdensome. Additionally, the lack of a gym and pool is disappointing for those looking for recreational facilities. Moreover, interactions with some residents can be less than friendly.

Good things here
There are no issues regarding water supply, electricity supply , etc. no issues of cracks either, good security. Autos and cabs are easily accessible.
Things need improvement
If i had to rate my experience in living in this society, i would rate it 3/5 because of various reasons. Firstly, there are no amenities like gym, swimming pools available. we face issues of seepage especially during rainy season, and apart from this people here are not very friendly, they like to live alone. Parking area is not provided.

Good things here
Everything in the society is good. The people in the society are very nice, trendy, and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and the maintenance of the society is excellent, with all services provided on time. The lifts are well-maintained and never break down. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is also very good, with no issues like water leakage anywhere. All amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
I feel that there could be improvement in cleanliness in the society. Other than that, there are no other problems in the society. Just the cleanliness aspect could be better as it is not properly�maintained.

Good things here
It's so convenient with buses and cabs nearby, making commuting a breeze. The maintenance is excellent, with garbage picked up on time, keeping the area clean and tidy. Plus, having a pool, gym, and ample parking available makes it easy to stay
Things need improvement
There are frequent water leakage problems that haven't been properly addressed, causing inconvenience and potential damage. Additionally, while there are hospitals nearby, the treatment provided to tenants has been subpar, which is concerning and disappointing
