Good things here
Decent connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Proper garbage collection and functional lifts. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
Lots of power cut , no backup, very high maintenance fees, leakage, seepage issues in the society. Didn't use amenities in the society. There were some cases of theft in the society.

Good things here
Transportation options are very convenient with easily accessible cabs and autos if booked online in the society. Public transportation stations are available within walking distance, making it very convenient. Metro stations are also nearby, within a 200-meter radius, which is very convenient. Water facilities are very good, and power backup ensures continuous availability. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly, ensuring cleanliness. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, and play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Shops and other facilities are nearby, within a 1-2 kilometer radius, which is convenient for emergencies. The greenery in the society is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a leakage issue in the swimming pool that is inconvenient in the society. There is a traffic issue outside the society, which is troublesome. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

Transportation options are very good, like cabs and Uber, which are available if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation options like buses are available within a 200-meter distance. Metro stations are also within a convenient 200-meter distance. Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facilities are excellent, and there are reliable power backups. Garbage collection is also very efficient; they segregate wet and dry waste. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available but are somewhat limited. Hospitals are available within a 1-2 kilometer distance, which is convenient for emergencies.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, with some seepage and issues in certain areas that are very inconvenient. There are no visitor parking facilities in the society.

Good things here
The society has sufficient greenery. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Metro stations and buses are easily accessible from the society. The lifts are well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available in the society.
Things need improvement
During summers, there is a water issue in the society, so we have to call for tankers. The water from tankers is hard, so we have to install a water purifier at home for drinking water. The maintenance charges are a bit high. There is some occasional traffic near the society due to parking issues.

The residents in the society celebrate all soicety ke pass me auto ya bus stand nhi hai , ola uber book karna padata hai . ola uber pass me jana ho to bohot baar cancle ho jati ahi dur jana ho to aati hai. society me pine ka pani tankers se ata hai. festivals together and are cooperative and friendly. There is enough greenery, and the society has all modern amenities. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are well-maintained. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in the flat. The metro station is close to the society.
Things need improvement
There is no auto or bus stand near the society; you have to book Ola or Uber. If you want to go nearby, Ola or Uber often get canceled, but for longer distances, they come. Drinking water in the society comes from tankers.

Good things here
The society's lifts are in good working order, and all of the facilities�including the clubhouse, gym, pool, garden and parks�are open. Electricity and water are continuously supplied around-the-clock. The society also has power backups to provide uninterrupted service.
Things need improvement
All of the services and facilities are available to the society's residents, who are happy with everything. They have no problems adjusting to life in society. There are also no problems because all the businesses and services that are required are close by.

Good things here
Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained. The lifts were maintained. The society had all modern amenities. The residents were cooperative and celebrated festivals together.
Things need improvement
There was a significant network issue in the society when we lived there; there were no towers nearby, so there was a severe problem with phone network. Local transport was not easily available from the society; we had to walk about 800 meters to catch a bus or auto.
