The lifts are well-maintained and promptly serviced when needed. The maintenance team is efficient and addresses issues promptly. All amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, garden, and park, are available and well-maintained for residents to enjoy. read more
Power backup facilities are available solely for common areas in the society, but occasional power cuts still occur. Additionally, there are no CCTV cameras installed in the lift area, so it's essential to announce the need for their installation to enhance security measures. read more

Everything is really perfectly built. Maintenance staff does justice with their work making the society neat and clean. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere and securityguards placed at all exit/entry points. Gym and swimming pool is maintained properly. read more
There are no as such issues in the society only minor seepage issues inside the flat which is also rectified instantly. This problem occurs usually during the monsoons. read more

Maintenance is very good, and issues are resolved promptly; problems rarely occur. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The people living here are well-educated and decent, and festivals are celebrated well. The overall ambiance is good, and I appreciate the facilities provided by the society, especially the security, which I like the most. read more
There's a minor concern with seepage and leakage, but it's manageable. Overall, I don't have any issues in my society that I need to change. read more
