Good things here
Connectivity around the society is excellent, with auto cabs readily available, and there is a local market nearby for convenience. The build quality of the society is commendable, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Daily garbage collection ensures that cleanliness is maintained. The lifts are well-maintained and promptly serviced when needed. The maintenance team is efficient and addresses issues promptly. All amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, garden, and park, are available and well-maintained for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Power backup facilities are available solely for common areas in the society, but occasional power cuts still occur. Additionally, there are no CCTV cameras installed in the lift area, so it's essential to announce the need for their installation to enhance security measures.

Good things here
Everything is really perfectly built. Maintenance staff does justice with their work making the society neat and clean. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere and securityguards placed at all exit/entry points. Gym and swimming pool is maintained properly.
Things need improvement
There are no as such issues in the society only minor seepage issues inside the flat which is also rectified instantly. This problem occurs usually during the monsoons.

Living in my society is truly a delightful experience. The connectivity here is outstanding, with easy access to all modes of public transportation, making commuting a breeze. I'm grateful for the well-maintained roads outside the society, which add to the convenience of getting around. One of the standout features is the top-notch maintenance, with a strong emphasis on garbage collection and cleanliness. It's reassuring to see such attention to detail in keeping our surroundings clean and hygienic. Additionally, having modern amenities like a swimming pool, play area, and garden enhances the quality of life here, providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation. What truly makes living here special, though, is the pleasantness of the residents. Interacting with friendly neighbors fosters a sense of community and makes me feel right at home. And with ample parking available for both residents and visitors, there's never any stress about finding a spot.
Things need improvement
Introducing a municipal corporation garden near our society could indeed be a fantastic addition to our community. Not only would it enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area, but it would also provide residents with a pleasant green space where they can relax, exercise, and enjoy nature.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, and transportation is readily available, so there are no issues. There's a market area nearby. Maintenance is very good, and issues are resolved promptly; problems rarely occur. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The people living here are well-educated and decent, and festivals are celebrated well. The overall ambiance is good, and I appreciate the facilities provided by the society, especially the security, which I like the most.
Things need improvement
There's a minor concern with seepage and leakage, but it's manageable. Overall, I don't have any issues in my society that I need to change.
