Good things here
People are friendly and have good interactions, celebrating Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Essential facilities like bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are within 500 meters. The road quality is good with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, indoor games, community hall, and garden are available. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and reliable electricity. Daily cleaning and regular garbage collection are maintained, and the construction ensures good ventilation throughout the apartment.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a walking track. However, it offers various other amenities and maintains a comfortable living environment despite the absence of this particular feature.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintaining of lifts is very good; they are maintained well in the society. Schools are available within 1 kilometer from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 4000 rupees that we are paying. Construction quality is very poor; there are some leaks in walls and some seepage issues in bathrooms in the society. Additionally, there are traffic issues near the society, which is very inconvenient.

The maintenance of the society is very good; there's power backup support available 24/7, and the cleaning is also well-maintained. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Community spirit is very close-knit in the society. Water facility is excellent compared to other apartments; though the water is from the tank, the water quality is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. We can celebrate some festivals together; it's very enjoyable in the society.
Things need improvement
Grocery facilities are available but are a bit far from the city, around 2 kilometers away. Hospital areas are also available but are a bit far for emergency needs, within 3-5 kilometers from the society.

There are approximately 60-plus families residing in this community. The connectivity of the society is excellent because within a 3 km radius, all kinds of transportation facilities, such as a bus stop and a metro station, are easily accessible. Additionally, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls are available within the same radius. Maintenance facilities, such as good power backups and regular garbage collection, are provided, and the maintenance charges are minimal. Amenities such as ample parking for residents' vehicles, a gym, and green areas are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of this community was poor because I could hear children playing and furniture moving from the floor above, and there was also a seepage issue in the balconies. Additionally, sometimes water flows from the overhead tank, and the equipment inside the gym is also limited.

Security is very good; outsiders cannot enter without permission, including delivery personnel. Facilities are available near the society, such as fruit stalls, markets, and supermarkets, within walking distance. "

The maintenance of the lift is not good in the society. It is an old lift, so it always requires repairs. The construction quality is not good; there are some seepages in the bathrooms of the flats and leakages in pipes. The building is 10 years old. Roads inside the society are not good; they should be improved. "

The road quality was good, complemented by well-functioning street lights and limited parking space. Online apps like Swiggy, Zomato, and Meesho were available for convenience. Daily cleaning and regular garbage collection ensured cleanliness, while there was reliable water and power supply. Fast resolution of electrical and plumbing issues was a priority. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight enhanced the overall apartment environment. The surrounding community was interactive and celebrated various festivals together.

There are water supply issues, and amenities are lacking in this society, which may inconvenience residents and affect their quality of life. Addressing these issues is crucial for improvement.
