There were no reported issues concerning power cuts, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply for residents. Similarly, there were no concerns regarding seepage or leakage, contributing to a dry and comfortable living environment. The property maintained high standards of cleanliness, creating a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for all residents. Security guards were effective in their duties, providing a sense of safety and peace of mind to the community. Residents enjoyed access to a swimming pool, offering opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Overall, the property was well-maintained, with all essential amenities in place, contributing to a positive living experience for its inhabitants. read more

Good things here
I enjoy the open spaces and extensive greenery in the community. Evening walks are rejuvenating, and the surroundings are peaceful. The management strictly enforces all rules. The location is ideal, with supermarkets, Sunny Medical Clinic, Sakra Hospital, bus stops, and grocery stores within 500 meters. The roads are well-maintained, and there is ample parking space for visitors and residents. Street lights function well. Maintenance-wise, waste segregation is practiced with separate bins for kitchen waste, dry waste, and reject waste in every building. Maintenance charges are high at _5800 per month. There are two functioning lifts. The last painting was done in 2020. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, and a walking track. The people in the surroundings are friendly, and we celebrate numerous North Indian and South Indian festivals together. read more

Reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply is provided without any issues. CCTV cameras are installed for enhanced security, and elevators are well-maintained. One downside is that residents tend to keep to themselves, which can sometimes feel isolating. Additionally, the lack of amenities and the distance to the main road (10-15 minutes away) make daily tasks less convenient and limit community activities. read more

The society maintains cleanliness, and there are no leakage issues in the spacious flats, each covering an area of 2500 square feet. read more

Finding autos near the society can be a bit challenging, and the condition of the roads outside is quite poor, riddled with potholes. During the rainy season, waterlogging occurs, causing further inconvenience. Although some cracks have appeared on the exterior of the building, ongoing maintenance efforts are being made to address them. read more
