Good things here
There were no reported issues concerning power cuts, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply for residents. Similarly, there were no concerns regarding seepage or leakage, contributing to a dry and comfortable living environment. The property maintained high standards of cleanliness, creating a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for all residents. Security guards were effective in their duties, providing a sense of safety and peace of mind to the community. Residents enjoyed access to a swimming pool, offering opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Overall, the property was well-maintained, with all essential amenities in place, contributing to a positive living experience for its inhabitants.

Good things here
I enjoy the open spaces and extensive greenery in the community. Evening walks are rejuvenating, and the surroundings are peaceful. The management strictly enforces all rules. The location is ideal, with supermarkets, Sunny Medical Clinic, Sakra Hospital, bus stops, and grocery stores within 500 meters. The roads are well-maintained, and there is ample parking space for visitors and residents. Street lights function well. Maintenance-wise, waste segregation is practiced with separate bins for kitchen waste, dry waste, and reject waste in every building. Maintenance charges are high at _5800 per month. There are two functioning lifts. The last painting was done in 2020. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, and a walking track. The people in the surroundings are friendly, and we celebrate numerous North Indian and South Indian festivals together.

If residents makes an noice inside the society without permission the commitee charges fine for noice distrubence i did the same mistakes they penalised 10. 000 rs

Prompt pest control and painting services maintain the quality of living spaces. Good ventilation throughout the society provides fresh air and a comfortable living environment, with no seepage or leakage issues due to good construction quality. Essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are available for residents' enjoyment. Reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply is provided without any issues. CCTV cameras are installed for enhanced security, and elevators are well-maintained. The community atmosphere is friendly and understanding, with no pet-related issues.
Things need improvement
The road quality around the society is poor, with numerous potholes causing waterlogging during rainy periods. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station affects the availability of public transportation options for residents.

Living here is great. The society is always neat and clean, which is refreshing. There are no termite issues, ensuring the buildings are well-maintained. Plus, having 24/7 security guards provides peace of mind and a safe living environment.
Things need improvement
One downside is that residents tend to keep to themselves, which can sometimes feel isolating. Additionally, the lack of amenities and the distance to the main road (10-15 minutes away) make daily tasks less convenient and limit community activities.

Our society boasts convenient access to Ola and Uber services, adding to our transportation options. With top-notch amenities like a high-quality gym and swimming pool, our society is considered a 5-star community. The provision of 24*7 generator backup ensures uninterrupted power supply, adding to our convenience. Abundant greenery enhances the surroundings, and continuous water supply is another advantage. The society maintains cleanliness, and there are no leakage issues in the spacious flats, each covering an area of 2500 square feet.
Things need improvement
Finding autos near the society can be a bit challenging, and the condition of the roads outside is quite poor, riddled with potholes. During the rainy season, waterlogging occurs, causing further inconvenience. Although some cracks have appeared on the exterior of the building, ongoing maintenance efforts are being made to address them.

There are no issues with seepage or leakage, which is a positive aspect for residents. Power cuts have not been a problem, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. The lifts are functioning well, providing smooth access to different floors within the building.
Things need improvement
While security measures are adequate, there is room for improvement. A challenge is the crowded and heavily trafficked area, which can lead to significant time spent commuting or navigating through the locality. Autos, a common mode of transportation, are scarcely available, further adding to transportation difficulties.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby. The society is very clean, and power backup is provided for all buildings by the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. People are very cooperative. The lifts are well-maintained. There is ample parking space. All festivals are celebrated. Water is available 24*7. The flats are very well-ventilated.
Things need improvement
There is a slight traffic issue near the society. There is a power cut once a week in the society.

Connectivity is excellent, since you can be everywhere in a matter of minutes. Because all major hospitals, schools, and colleges are nearby, all modes of transportation are available.

Nowadays, it is very difficult to imagine a society having enough space for parking. A hospital is also nearby for emergency purposes. Last but not least, the safety and security features are very strict, which makes you feel safe and secure with your family and friends.

the connectivity is good enough so that you can book a cab or taxi anytime to reach anywhere as it is well connected to the major roads. Security and safety is taken care well because the professional security guards as well the installed CCTV cameras make sure that your family is always safe.
