Good things here
Connectivity is not available in the area, and access is limited to a dry area from other societies. Maintenance is very good, and the water facilities are very good. Power backup is also available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and kids' play areas are convenient and well-maintained. Greenery around the society is very good. Security is excellent and very convenient in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor; there are issues like leaks in bathrooms in the society. The swimming pool is not available for all residents, only for a few villas. Public transportation is available approximately 2 kilometers away from the society. There is no metro station nearby, making connectivity inconvenient. The flow of traffic outside is very congested, which is inconvenient for residents. The layout of the society is not well-designed, affecting the overall satisfaction of the residents.

Good things here
I love living here because the elevators are always working, and we have CCTV cameras and a security guard, which makes me feel safe. There's no seepage or termite issue, and garbage collection is regular and well-managed. The electricity and water supply are dependable. Each resident has their own parking spot, and the gym and clubhouse are modern and well-kept. The neighbors are really nice and friendly; we all look out for each other. Plus, public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The only downside is that there aren't many shopping options nearby. It's also a bit frustrating that the clubhouse is only available for villa residents and not for those of us in the apartments.

Good things here
Security and parking facilities are available. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are not accessible to the people living in apartments , its only accessible for people living in villa , no other issues in the society.

No swimming pool in the society which can be a issue for someone who swims daily or needs a swimming pool ,but all other amenities like gym, clubhouse and park are available in the society. No other issues in the society.

Good things here
Kids play area is very spacios and well-maintained. Gym is maintaining well. Autos are avilable in inside of the society.
Things need improvement
There is no lift available in the society. Hospiatals are not theer for emergency . Greenary is not much maintained.

Maintainance of the lift is well-maintained in the society. Garden area is very pleasent and good environment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity like cabs and autos are not available that is inconvienent. Always the water lagged in infront the house like a drainage water tha is frustrated.In the bath rooms the flushes are leakeages.

Emerald Haven Realty Limited has the same pioneering attitude and strong ideals as its parent company. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. I feel that the prices are nit higher as compared to the competitors otherwise it is a good place to invest or live.

There are 45 units on the site, all of which are set in a tranquil area. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall, and parks are available inside the society. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for a working couple as you will not find any security concerns here. Green parks, jogging parks, gyms and all other amenities are present inside the society. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.

The common areas are clean and hygienic. Work from home was not a problem due to the convenience of the services offered. The location is also good.
