Good things here
As a resident of our society, I am extremely pleased with the overall living experience here. Booking autos and cabs is incredibly easy, making transportation convenient. Additionally, the metro station is just 1. 5 km away. The presence of numerous schools, including Greenwood International School, adds a lot of convenience for families with children. The society is always clean, and the construction quality is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. We are fortunate to have a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a spacious playground, catering to all our fitness and recreational needs. Moreover, the friendly and social nature of our neighbors makes this community a wonderful place to live.
Things need improvement
As a resident of our society, I find it difficult to pinpoint major issues since everything is generally well-maintained and convenient. However, there are a couple of minor areas that could use some attention.

Good things here
I have been staying in the society for the past 10 years since it was built. The connectivity is excellent, making travel easy as Ola and Uber do not cancel rides and airport and railway stations are not far away. The neighbourhood is great and friendly, and I feel safe here.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection has been poor for the past year, with garbage piling up near the watchman's area, which needs constant monitoring as children play there, leading to filth and insects. There are termites, ants, and cockroaches in the flats, along with seepage and leakage problems. The gym and children's play area are very basic and need an upgrade.

Good things here
There are hospitals and schools nearby the society, and the cabs , autos and public transport are available on time. There is no issue like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Maintenance of lifts, water , electricity supply is great. All amenities like gym, clubhouse, park and swimming pool are available in the society. People in the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
I am completely satisfied with my society, i have no major issues, and if any minor issue, it is taken care of timely. It is a great society to live in.

This residential area offers a lot of facilities to the people who are willing to live here. Sai Nandana Presidency has a good public transport facility and it is very safe at night too.

Sai Nandana Presidency is providing 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in a good positional area which has a good surrounding around it. People here are very supportive and very helpful.

Sai Nandana Presidency has good connectivity with the other states. Local schools and markets are very near to the apartment. The apartment is very secure and safe for women and childrens.

Sai Nandana Presidency provides a good water supply for 24 hours. It also has a 24 hours power supply facility that people search for while buying an apartment for living with family.
