Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. . No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Parking space is available. read more

Things need improvement

The society has a lot of issues. There is no committee in the society. Lifts are not functional at times. Stairs are not maintained properly. Washroom area has got leakage issues, paints comes off very easily from the walls. The construction quality is not at all good. Water supply is also a major problem as sometimes water scarcity is there. There are no facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids available in the society. People are not at all friendly and cooporative. There is no mix up among people. read more

Good things here

I'm really fortunate to be living in such a wonderful society. The people here are incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It creates a sense of warmth and community that I truly appreciate. Having amenities like the gym, clubhouse, garden, and club area right here in our society is fantastic. It provides ample opportunities for recreation and socializing without having to venture far from home. I'm also impressed by the quality of construction in our society. The flats are spacious, well-ventilated, and meticulously maintained, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. One of the best parts is the excellent connectivity we enjoy. With a nearby metro station, schools, and hospitals within easy reach, everything we need is just a stone's throw away. It makes life incredibly convenient and stress-free. read more

Connectivity of the society was good, and everything was easy to access nearby the society. Maintenance was also up to date. There was no issue with seepage and sealing. People who have to go for work daily have the facilities of public transport like bus, auto, and taxi. Grocery shops, markets, schools, and medical stores were nearby. There was a well-maintained gym in the society. CCTVs and elevators were working properly. People were also cooperative and of a helpful nature. read more

It'd be great if we could add amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse to the society. Other than that, everything was pretty good and convenient to access. read more

Good things here

I am very happy with my society connectivity is great here autos, cabs, and rickshaws are easily accessible to us. Cleaning and garbage collection are done on time. The construction quality of the society is up to the mark we have never faced any issues in terms of seepage, leakage, cracks ventilation, and sunlight. So these are better here almost I am satisfied with the society read more

Things need improvement

I would like to suggest only one thing that there should be a kids' area for the children. and there are also people who are not cooperative and friendly that much. so no festivals are celebrated. read more
