Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. . No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
The society has a lot of issues. There is no committee in the society. Lifts are not functional at times. Stairs are not maintained properly. Washroom area has got leakage issues, paints comes off very easily from the walls. The construction quality is not at all good. Water supply is also a major problem as sometimes water scarcity is there. There are no facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids available in the society. People are not at all friendly and cooporative. There is no mix up among people.

Good things here
I'm really fortunate to be living in such a wonderful society. The people here are incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It creates a sense of warmth and community that I truly appreciate. Having amenities like the gym, clubhouse, garden, and club area right here in our society is fantastic. It provides ample opportunities for recreation and socializing without having to venture far from home. I'm also impressed by the quality of construction in our society. The flats are spacious, well-ventilated, and meticulously maintained, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. One of the best parts is the excellent connectivity we enjoy. With a nearby metro station, schools, and hospitals within easy reach, everything we need is just a stone's throw away. It makes life incredibly convenient and stress-free.
Things need improvement
I'm quite content with my society overall; it's well-maintained, and all the amenities I need are readily available. However, I can't help but feel that the addition of a swimming pool would be a fantastic enhancement.

Things need improvement
The absence of a swimming pool and park within the society is a notable drawback. These missing amenities limit recreational options for residents, especially families with children. The lack of green spaces for relaxation and outdoor activities may impact the overall living experience, despite the society's other positive attributes.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society was good, and everything was easy to access nearby the society. Maintenance was also up to date. There was no issue with seepage and sealing. People who have to go for work daily have the facilities of public transport like bus, auto, and taxi. Grocery shops, markets, schools, and medical stores were nearby. There was a well-maintained gym in the society. CCTVs and elevators were working properly. People were also cooperative and of a helpful nature.
Things need improvement
It'd be great if we could add amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse to the society. Other than that, everything was pretty good and convenient to access.

Good things here
I am very happy with my society connectivity is great here autos, cabs, and rickshaws are easily accessible to us. Cleaning and garbage collection are done on time. The construction quality of the society is up to the mark we have never faced any issues in terms of seepage, leakage, cracks ventilation, and sunlight. So these are better here almost I am satisfied with the society
Things need improvement
I would like to suggest only one thing that there should be a kids' area for the children. and there are also people who are not cooperative and friendly that much. so no festivals are celebrated.

Good things here
The society enjoys smooth traffic flow, with well-maintained roads outside. Water is consistently available, and residents are cooperative. Security measures are effective, and the lifts are well-serviced. Flats boast good paintwork and balconies. There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and ventilation is adequate. The society maintains cleanliness, and festivals are joyfully celebrated by residents.
Things need improvement
The subway isn't nearby, and the community lacks modern conveniences. Visitors can't park inside the society; they have to park their vehicles outside.

Good things here
Apartment has ample sunlight and good ventilation, with no leakage or seepage issues. The lifts are well-maintained, ensuring smooth operation. You have continuous access to water, available 24/7, and public transport is conveniently nearby.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities and falls short in cleanliness standards. Only the Ganesh festival is celebrated here; other festivals are not observed. While my flat doesn't have any leakage issues, some other flats in the building do face such problems.

Good things here
The connectivity is good with malls and schools nearby, and auto-rickshaws are also available. There are no problems with water or electricity.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is decent, with only minor issues of seepage and leakage. Unfortunately, there is no gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool in the society. Some neighbors are a bit rude, possibly because they are from a village, so there are a few individuals who stand out.

Good things here
The water supply was adequate, and there was a power backup available, so power cuts were rare. There were no issues with leakage because of the excellent construction quality. Public transport, auto-rickshaws, and cabs were all available nearby. The roads were well-built, so traffic was never�a�problem.
Things need improvement
There were no amenities available in the society such as parks, swimming pools, clubhouses, or gyms. However, apart from that, the society�was�quite�good.

The apartment’s management structure is very good and interior design is also very unique and creative. Jogging parks, markets, Restaurants are located within 5 km and pharmacies are also available in the area.
