Conveniently, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and supermarkets, grocery stores, and milk dairies are reachable within a 20-minute walk. Good road quality and functioning street lights ensure safety, with sufficient parking space available. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, kids' play area, walking track, and garden enhance the living experience. Construction quality is reliable, with no reported issues. The surrounding residents are friendly and maintain cleanliness, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection contributing to a tidy environment.
Things need improvement
The society faces traffic congestion caused by ongoing metro construction nearby, leading to delays and inconvenience for residents and commuters navigating through the area.

I find solace in the vast open area where I stroll, appreciating the sense of spaciousness and tranquility it offers. Security measures are top-notch, thanks to CCTV cameras ensuring safety, making it a secure environment even for bachelors like myself. The convenience of nearby supermarkets, ATMs, hospitals, and bus stops adds to the appeal, coupled with well-lit streets and ample parking space. Timely maintenance, including regular garbage collection, keeps the surroundings neat and tidy. With reliable water and power supply, along with well-maintained lifts, everyday living is hassle-free. Solid construction ensures no leakages, while proper ventilation and abundant sunlight create a pleasant ambiance. The friendly and helpful demeanor of the residents adds to the overall positive experience.

The dusty roads within the society create cleanliness challenges and may cause discomfort for residents and visitors.

Connectivity, such as cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily accessible within walking distance. The water facility in the society is excellent, and there is power backup available. The people in the society are friendly and respectful. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily pickups. Public transportation, including buses, is within 200 meters of the society. Amenities like well-equipped gyms and a clubhouse are also available within the society.
Things need improvement
The society offers tennis and badminton courts for residents to use. However, PG students are not permitted to use the swimming pool. Maintenance charges in the society are considered expensive. Additionally, outside food delivery services like Zomato are not allowed within the premises.

The society boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and walking track for recreational purposes. Construction-wise, there are no cracks on walls, and balconies receive ample sunlight and ventilation. The friendly atmosphere and absence of disturbances further enhance the living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in this society are disproportionately high, creating financial strain for residents. Prompt action is necessary to address this issue and provide financial relief to the community.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. It's very convenient for connectivity as autos are available within a short distance. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. Hospitals are around 1. 5 kilometers from the society for emergencies. Public transportation like buses is available within 300 meters from the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society at a particular time. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. Management is very good.
Things need improvement
Amenities like table tennis and badminton court are under construction in the society. However, the construction quality is poor, and there are some minor issues like leaks in walls in the society buildings. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Security is not up to the mark in the society and should be improved.

Maintenance charges are indeed expensive, and the water facility is not satisfactory as the water comes through tankers, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, the absence of a swimming pool and the small size of the gym are notable drawbacks. Additionally, there are no festival celebrations organized within the society. These issues should be addressed to improve the overall living experience and amenities within the society.

Power backup is also available for common areas in the society. People are very good and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society for emergencies. Public transportation like buses is available within 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. We celebrate various festivals in the society like Holi, Diwali, and New Year, along with both North Indian and South Indian festivals, making it feel like a family celebration.
Things need improvement
Amenities like table tennis, badminton court, and clubhouse are not available in the society. Water facilities are good, but markets, supermarkets, and other amenities are available quite far from the society, between 2-3 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient.

Cleaning should be improved both inside and outside the society. The roads are also in poor condition with numerous cracks. These issues need to be addressed to enhance the overall quality of living and infrastructure within the society.
