Thanks to its excellent facilities, living here has been a pleasant experience for me, t. The friendly neighbors in this society make it a welcoming place to live, and we often celebrate festivals together, which enhances our sense of community. The connectivity is impressive, with buses, metro, cabs, and autos readily available, making my commute hassle-free. Regular garbage collection and proper segregation into dry and wet waste ensure a clean environment. I appreciate the designated parking for residents and separate parking for visitors, which adds to the convenience. My flat is well-ventilated, with no issues of leakage or seepage. I enjoy a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, so there are no disruptions to my daily life. The security is upto mark, with 24/7 security guards and CCTV ensuring the safety of society. The society boasts all modern amenities, including a swimming pool which clean on regular basis, a gym with all the modern equipments, a clubhouse, and a children's play area. These facilities are spacious, well-equipped, and regularly maintained. Additionally, there is a quick response to any complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, a strong community spirit, and prompt maintenance make living here a truly enjoyable experience for me.
Things need improvement
Honestly, I can't think of any major problems here; everything seems fine. The facilities and services provided meet all my needs, and any minor issues are quickly resolved. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my living experience in this society.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent, with public transport, metro stations, malls, and markets located near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. The issue of leakage and seepage that was present earlier has been resolved. Power cuts occur only 1-2 times a month, and they are brief, lasting no more than 10 minutes. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is sufficient greenery and parking space available. The society has all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
In the society, there should be a service lift for carrying goods. Additionally, the power backup is only available for common areas, not for individual flats.

Good things here
The society is very good; the connectivity is excellent, with auto-rickshaws readily available. The maintenance and construction of the society are also very good; there is no need to wait for services as plumbers, electricians, and others resolve issues quickly. The flats in the society are spacious and well-ventilated, and everything is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Based on my personal experience, I don't feel that there is any need for further improvement in the society, nor do I have any negative points regarding�the�society.

Good things here
The connectivity was really good, with auto-rickshaws and public transport easily accessible. We didn't have any problems with construction like leaks or water seeping in. All the modern amenities were there and kept in good condition. There was plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. We had water all the time, and things were kept clean.
Things need improvement
In our society, we had problems with power cuts; it would have been better if we had power backup. Also, the residents weren't as friendly or cooperative as we'd like.

Good things here
The lifts are well-maintained, and parking is allocated for everyone. Public transport is readily available near the society. The residents are very decent and abide by the society's rules. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there is a continuous water supply. All modern amenities are available and properly maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a significant issue of seepage in our flat. The society has not provided power backup for individual flats; it has only been provided for common areas and lifts.

Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

Good things here
Autos and buses sab society ke bahar he mil jati hai. market bhi bohot pass me hai. security ke liye apps, CCTV camera and security guard hai. pani 24*7 available hai. bulding ka construction acha hai abhi tak koi issue nhi aaya hai.
Things need improvement
Evening me society ke bahar thoda bohot traffic hota hai. vo thoda kabhi kabhi issue lagta hai.

The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. Connectivity bohot acchi thi auto, bus, malls, restaurants sab pass me mil jata tha. pani 24*7 available tha. society clean thi. gym and swimming pool tha. log kafi cooperative the. society ke bahar ke roads acche the koi water logging nhi hota tha.
Things need improvement
Thode bohot leakages ke vajahase walls pr cracks thi. garden bada nhi tha, kafi chota tha. peak hrs. me traffic jam hota tha thoda. power cut hota tha but, power backup sirf common area ke liye hi tha. security acchi nhi thi 1 - 2 baar kuch flats me chori bhi hui thi.
