Good things here
The flats were spacious with good ventilation and ample sunlight. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there were no issues with the 24/7 availability of water.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society was very poor, with no availability of autos, buses, or any other public transport. The roads near the society were in very bad condition. Significant issues with leakage and seepage were prevalent, and there were no modern amenities available.

Cleanliness in the society is well-maintained, with staff efficiently ensuring hygiene standards. Festivals are celebrated joyfully, and the residents are cooperative and friendly. The maintenance charges are justified, considering the amenities and services provided. There is ample greenery, and the lifts are well-maintained for smooth operation. Water is available 24/7, ensuring convenience for residents. Amenities such as the gym, garden, and play area are present and well-maintained. The society enjoys good connectivity, with autos and buses readily available for commuting needs.
Things need improvement
The society faces issues with leakage, which is a concern for residents. During peak hours, there is a traffic jam near the society, causing inconvenience. Furthermore, the society lacks a swimming pool, which could be disappointing for those seeking such amenities.

Good things here
The security in our society was reliable, and the lifts were kept in good condition. We rarely experienced power cuts, and there was always enough water available. The cleanliness standards were high, and we never had any issues with leaks or seepage in the flats. Everyone had sufficient parking space allocated.
Things need improvement
During my time living there, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, I found that the residents were not very cooperative. When I suffered a burn from boiling water, the people there didn't allow my friends to go out and get medicine for me. Additionally, the society lacked modern amenities.

Good things here
We always have enough water, and everyone pitches in to keep things clean. We celebrate all our festivals together. We've got some nice stuff here like a gym, playground, and garden. We don't have any problems with leaks or water seeping in. And if you need a ride, you can easily book Ola or Uber online right from the society.
Things need improvement
It's hard to find autos nearby since there's no stand close by. We don't have a swimming pool in the society. There are lots of stray dogs around the streets nearby. Lately, we've been having a lot of power cuts, and there's no backup power for individual flats � only the common areas have backup.

Good things here
There were no issues of leaks or seepage in the flats. The residents were friendly and cooperative, and we celebrated festivals together. The lifts were well taken care of, and there was plenty of greenery around. Parking was sufficient for everyone.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were not built, making it hard to reach public transport without a long walk. We didn't have swimming pools or gyms in the society, and the garden was quite small. There were also issues with the water supply, and cleanliness was a big problem, especially with ongoing construction nearby affecting overall cleanliness.

The society had sufficient water supply, and there were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents were cooperative, and parking spaces were adequately allotted for everyone.

Autos were not readily available from the society; one had to go to the main road to find one. There were no modern amenities available within the society. The maintenance of the society was not up to the mark, and hygiene and cleanliness were not as good as expected.

Its not only a society but individual apartments are also there , So if u live in your own individual apartment then its all yours you can modify it according to you . the location of society is pretty good all the public transport are easily available .
Things need improvement
The places lacks modern amenities like Garden ,Children play area, Swimming pool, GYM, Clubs etc. People there are also less interactive , everyone is busy in their own work

The environment of the neighbourhood of Concord Portia is calm and composed which is very refreshing to the residents. A swimming pool facility, free wi-fi connectivity and a jogging track are involved there.

The entrance of this housing complex is decorated with lots of colourful lights to make the property look more presentable. An iron-made gate is found at the entrance of Concord Portia.

Several 2 BHK apartments are available within this beautiful housing complex called Concord Portia. Each of the apartments is beautifully structured and decorated nicely. Some sweet shops are located in this area.
