Its location in Mumbula, Mumbai Beyond Thane is super convenient for getting around. The apartments are well-designed, spacious, and comfy, with nice furniture to boot. Plus, the place is pretty peaceful with lovely gardens and green areas. there's a ton to do here. They've got sports stuff, pools, clubhouses, halls for events, and even tennis and basketball courts. Plus, you never have to worry about water or power, and there's plenty of parking and shops right in the society. Overall, it's a pretty sweet deal for residents.

I've had a great experience with the facilities provided here. The location is really convenient, with quick access to major transport routes, which has made my daily commute a breeze. The construction quality is impressive, as seen in the well-designed and roomy apartments, where every detail in the furniture stands out. Plus, the society offers loads of amenities like sports facilities, clubhouses, and multipurpose halls, which really bring the community together and keep things lively.

There are definitely areas that could use some attention and improvement. The maintenance of common areas like staircases, hallways, and parking lots needs to be more consistent and thorough in terms of cleaning and upkeep. There's also a need for stronger safety measures to address occasional security lapses, unauthorized entry into clubs, and the need for better surveillance. Additionally, facility management could be improved, especially with regards to the availability of fitness center equipment, regular maintenance of the pool, and extending the operating hours for certain facilities.

There's ample water supply, and festivals are enthusiastically celebrated. The residents are courteous and cooperative. Thankfully, there haven't been any issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks in the infrastructure. Autos and buses are conveniently accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The society faces a notable hygiene issue, particularly evident from the backside where dirt and lack of cleanliness are visible from our windows. Additionally, there is a lack of modern amenities, and the maintenance charges are relatively higher compared to other societies.
