Good things here
The building is really well-made, holding up nicely over the years with very little damage. The maintenance team does a great job of keeping everything in good shape, and you can see how clean it is everywhere. Plus, the clubhouse has plenty of good facilities for residents to enjoy different recreational activities.
Things need improvement
The place has some drawbacks in terms of connectivity, major issue is the sewer drainage. There's no proper system, so a tanker has to come every day to clean it up, creating a lot of noise throughout the day, every day. On top of that, security, especially at the main gate, is not so good. There are instances where anyone can enter without approval, which is a concern
