Good things here
Society is high on amenities. Swimming pool is very big. The open space is well maintained and large. There are kids play areas, enough parking space for residents as well as visitors. Security is proactive to highlighted any suspecious person and doesn't hestitate in asking questions to unknown. The RWA is also good ensuring clean and well maintained society. There is shopping complex inside the society where you can purchase groceris, vegitables and other needs.
Things need improvement
The society have strict rules but they not always apply them uniformaly. The apartment amentities I feel are crowded during weekends. You need to plan before. Congestion and road quality outside the society

Good things here
Whopping 26 acres township with all modern amentiies like Swimming pool, Community hall, Restaurant. Library. Saloon, shopping complex, Tennis lawn, gardens and parks. Maintenance is good. The entry fa�ade is a sight giving super premiumm look. The apartment are spacious with 3 bathrooms and well laid flooring. The view from the balcony is nice. The elevators are fast and can carry more than 1000kg load. I've been living here for last 1 year. I am enjoying the stay

The maintenance charges are higher. Else nothing to dislike here

Good things here
The Amenities are the highlight of this society. From clubhouse, Swimming pool, gym, playfroiunds, parks, grocery stores, saloon, covered parking spaces, Well designed galleries, vertical gardens. Everything is present here. The clubhouse facing apartment gets a nice view of the swimmign pool and the green spaces. RWA does great job in ensuring the clealiness and maitenance is upto the mark.
Things need improvement
Traffic congeation is a problem connecting main road. People park their 2 wheelers randomly blocking way for others.

Good things here
I like everything about this society. It has most premium amenities. The surrounding areas have schools, university, colleges, hospital and malls.Well connected with metro and road.

Good things here
Overall, my experience in that society was excellent. The managing committee was attentive and helpful to the residents. There was allocated parking space for both residents and visitors, and the building quality was superb. All modern amenities were functional, and tenants weren't charged extra to use them. Maintenance charges were reasonable, and the society was kept neat, clean, and highly maintained. Even during the rainy season, there were no waterlogging issues around the society.
Things need improvement
Bachelors aren't permitted in the society, and the power backup connection is only available for common areas. Additionally, the railway station is far away from the society.

Good things here
Living experience inside the society is just mesmerising as all the best to best amentiies are present in the society and well maintained. Allocated parking for the owners . High security system in the society ,all the areas are cctv coverd. Crowd of the people is good ,helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the apartment is pathatic like roads outside the apartment is of very poor quality and duw to that water logging,traffic issues are there around the society.

Good things here
Security system was excellent like it is very rare to find strick security in the society.Cleaniness was top notch in the society.no leakage and seepage issues in the society.All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the society was not that great it was little underdeveloped at that time.bachelor's were not allowed to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Society has own internal women entrepreneur groups who works to enhace the society facilities and social life. demart grocerry is available inside the apartment only. spacious parking has been alloted for resident and visitors also. 24/7 water supply and electricity facilities are available. people living in the society are very friendly and helpful
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are not provided to resident. managing committee has come up with new rules , bachelors are not allowed which is not great thing .

build quality of the apartment is good and maintaining sytem was top notch .atmosphere of the society was neat clean and hygenic.security sytem is good .residence of the society were very friendly and well behaved

everything in the society was great as such i dont have any complains but power back up was not provided which is problematic during power cuts.

Good things here
The living experience in that society was positive. There was plenty of open space, and the garden area was particularly spacious. The society welcomed bachelors and allowed them to utilize all facilities without additional charges. Additionally, all amenities provided were of top-notch quality.
Things need improvement
The build quality is subpar, with consistent issues such as wet and peeling walls in every unit, likely due to poor-quality plastering materials. Additionally, the connectivity in the area is not particularly strong.
