Transportation options are good. Basement parking is available. There are two elevators, both for passengers. Plaster and ventilation are good, and there is no seepage. The gym, clubhouse, and play area were well maintained. CCTV and security are operational. People in the society are cooperative. Painting was done two years ago. Garbage is segregated and disposed of regularly.
The amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and play area are not very spacious. on that time there were no need for improvement . currently i am not living there so i dont need to give any suggestions for the improvement of the society.

The maintenance of our society is outstanding. We are charged _4000 in maintenance fees, and the services provided are excellent. The corridors, balconies, and common areas are properly cleaned, and the elevators are well-maintained, safe, and secure. Garbage is collected frequently, and we have a reliable water and power supply. The landscaping is impressive, with greenery everywhere, making our community stand out compared to others. Additionally, our location is convenient, with the outer ring road just 1 km away. This proximity provides easy access to bus stops, supermarkets, hospitals, ATMs, and well-functioning streetlights. We also have ample parking space, and the amenities include a swimming pool and a children's play area.
The narrow road in the society causes congestion during morning and evening rush hours, making it challenging for residents to reach home efficiently.

Amenities in the society include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground, all of which are well-maintained. Water facilities are available 24/7, and power backup is provided for common areas. People are very respectful in the community. Connectivity with cabs and autorickshaws is readily available in the city if we book through apps like Ola or Uber. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. We can conduct celebrations in the society like festivals or birthdays, but only a few at a time. The greenery in the society is very pleasant and well-kept.
Amenities in the society include a football court, indoor gaming area, all of which are not available for use. Maintenance charges are expencive and prevalent. Public transport stops are also available around the area, approximately every 2 kilometers. The metro station is 1. 5 kilometers away, which adds to the inconvenience.

The maintenance of this society is commendable, with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection services. The maintenance charges are Rs. 4000 per month, which is considered reasonable given the quality of services provided. Various amenities are available within the society, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a small play area for kids. The construction quality of the buildings is robust, with no major complaints reported.
There are no public transportation options near the society, as the nearest bus stop is approximately 1 to 1. 5 kilometers away. Additionally, while amenities such as a gym and swimming pool are available, they are not well-maintained.

It�s a medium-sized community with less crowd and no disturbance. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are restaurants, clinics, a bus stop, and a supermarket. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, badminton court, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they clean very well, collect garbage on time, and the lift maintenance is well-managed. People are friendly and cooperative.
The society could benefit from more community festivals to enhance social interaction and cultural engagement. Increasing the number of festivals would foster a stronger sense of community and togetherness.

Ambiance is excellent, and garbage collection is carried out daily, maintaining cleanliness in the society. Ventilation in the flats is also very good. The water facility is top-notch, and there is also a reliable power backup system. The greenery within the society is abundant, enhancing its beauty. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society.
Amenities like table tennis and badminton courts are not available in the society. Essential facilities are far from the society, including the metro station, which is inconveniently located 4 kilometers away. Additionally, public transportation is also far from the society.
