Good things here
Regular cleaning, trash collection, and water tank cleaning are all part of the excellent maintenance. Great features include a garden, kids' play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The site feels pleasant because of the abundance of vegetation. The neighborhood is hospitable.
Things need improvement
Auto drivers have a monopoly, making it hard to get fair prices and do not allow other drivers to go there. There is no metro or bus service nearby, which limits transportation options. The construction quality is poor, with issues like seepage, leakage, and cracks. Poor raw materials were used to build the structures.

Good things here
There is a market and a mall nearby, within a distance of 2-3 km, and there's parking available. The lifts in the society are good, and there are no waterlogging issues. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and there was also pest control. The flats have balconies.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was a problem as there were no nearby public transport options like autos or buses. The society's location on the outskirts contributed to this issue. There were problems with the plaster, indicating poor quality. Additionally, the CCTV cameras in the society were not functional, and safety features like fire extinguishers were lacking.

The maintenance in the society is good, and there are ongoing maintenance works happening recently, which is commendable. Public transport options like buses and cabs are readily available. We never face power cuts or water leakage issues, which is a relief. Amenities are in good condition, and overall,

I am satisfied with how things are in the society. As a senior citizen, I don't feel the need for any changes; everything is fine as it is for me.

Good things here
Only autos are available for transportation. Maintenance of the society is very good, with no issues of seepage or seelan in the flats. The gym, pool, badminton court, and tennis court are available in the society and are very well maintained. I don't interact much with the neighbors, so I'm not sure about them.
Things need improvement
I feel that the building quality could be improved. No public transport is available near the society. Although there are some shops inside the complex, they are a little far away, requiring a vehicle to reach the market area.

The maintenance and cleanniness are good. the society is very clean and people are also very good.

There is no transportation available. there needs to call a cab or auto. there is no metro connectivity.

The society is very good, there is greenery in the society, there is a park, amenities is available which is very well maintained and the society is quite hygienic.

Cabs are easily available in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the society.

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. There are very limited markets and shops in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available just outside the society. They are available at a distance of 5 to 6 kms from the society. Street dog issues are faced.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. The society is far from the city. Electrical appliences are not good. Electricity charges are a lot. street dog issues are faced. People are not friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Security system is not good Security guards are available, but they allow outsiders without any information.

Security guards are available. Walking tracks are available for peaceful walking in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
