The construction quality is excellent with proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Autos and cabs are easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. There is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The neighbors are humble and decent. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is maintained. read more

Things need improvement

The locality is not very good, with poor roads. The nearby market is of cheap quality and unhygienic, so we have to go to other areas like Dadar for shopping or order online. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is small and poorly maintained; its heater and cleaning system do not work. While most neighbors are good, some cause trouble. Pet owners often don't clean up after their pets and don't take responsibility if their pet bites someone. The garden is small compared to the number of people, and having people and pets there at the same time doesn't feel safe. Other than these issues, everything else is fine. read more

Auto services are not available here. Some residents involved less. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available but somewhat average. Leakage and seepage pose significant issues, causing distress, with paint peeling off the walls. Maintenance charges are excessively high, causing frustration, the builder's negligence has led to deteriorating conditions within just six years of society's establishment. read more

Wadala is known for being one of the seven islands of Bombay which combined together form the great city Mumbai. Earlier Wadala was called Parel, Matunga, Dharavi etc. This place comes under Mumbai Municipal Corporation and covers the area of 6.52 sq. km.
