Amenities such as recreational facilities and social spaces enhance the quality of life within the community. Additionally, the vibrant social life fosters a strong sense of community among residents, promoting a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Things need improvement
However, there are notable areas for improvement. The society lacks a people-friendly environment, which could hinder social interactions and community bonding. Issues with the availability of lifts create inconvenience, especially for residents with mobility challenges. Furthermore, maintenance of the garden and pool areas is not always timely, leading to dissatisfaction among residents who value well-kept outdoor spaces. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance resident satisfaction and improve the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent with proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Autos and cabs are easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. There is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The neighbors are humble and decent. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is maintained.
Things need improvement
The locality is not very good, with poor roads. The nearby market is of cheap quality and unhygienic, so we have to go to other areas like Dadar for shopping or order online. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is small and poorly maintained; its heater and cleaning system do not work. While most neighbors are good, some cause trouble. Pet owners often don't clean up after their pets and don't take responsibility if their pet bites someone. The garden is small compared to the number of people, and having people and pets there at the same time doesn't feel safe. Other than these issues, everything else is fine.

Amenities are there such as gym, clubhouse and swimming pool. There's a nearby metro station, and Ola and Uber services are accessible. Some residents engage well with the community and they all are decent.

Auto services are not available here. Some residents involved less. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available but somewhat average. Leakage and seepage pose significant issues, causing distress, with paint peeling off the walls. Maintenance charges are excessively high, causing frustration, the builder's negligence has led to deteriorating conditions within just six years of society's establishment.

The school is not far, it's nearby, and a hospital is also available. The society has facilities for amenities and everything is well maintained. One of the redeeming qualities of the society is its cooperative and decent inhabitants. The construction of the society suffered from the usage of inferior quality materials, leading to issues such as seepage. This inadequacy has resulted in ongoing challenges with maintenance, particularly evident in the subpar cleanliness standards, and an unpleasant odor emanating from the dustbins
