Good society. Enjoying last 23 year hear . Nice kids park . Green garden .sweeming pool. Well mai . Holy cross school near only just cross road. Jupiter hospital id also near.

Good things here

There is enough greenery, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. All modern amenities are available. Although construction of the metro is underway near the society, there are no traffic issues. Public transport is easily available.

I am married now and have moved out, but my parents are still living there. When I was living there, my experience was quite great. We had very nice, friendly neighbors who support each other in times of need. CCTV cameras and security guards are available. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. There's regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. The location is convenient, with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and there is consistent electricity and water supply. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.

Things need improvement

There is a significant termite and cockroach issue still ongoing, causing damage to the flats. Another concern is that festival celebrations are not done together. Some elderly residents have problems with the noise, but a solution could be found, like arranging functions in the clubhouse or another area, as the clubhouse is not centrally located. It's important for today's kids to experience and learn about Indian celebrations.

The society is currently undergoing painting and installation of new lifts. Autos and buses are available during the day from the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. All modern amenities are available in the society, and water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is well-maintained.
