Good things here
Cidco Valley Ship is a wonderful place to stay in as mentioned by the resident. Nearby petrol pumps , ATMs, shopping complexes , cinema halls and much more exciting facilities are available there. The parking area is huge and very nicely and efficiently maintained. Uber, Indrive and several other cab services are available there. Food delivery apps such as zomato and swiggy also deliver in the area. Blinkit and Zepto services are available as well. Ventilation and sunlight is top notch and nicely available. Amenities such such gym, swimming pool, play area and clubhouses are present and phenomenally maintained . Pet friendly society with a beautiful garden and friendly and cooperative neighbours. All the festivals such as Holi, diwali , makar Sankranti , Lohri, Ganesh Chaturthi and many more are celebrated all amongst the neighbours in a very efficient and delegent manner.
Things need improvement
The garbage bags are not at all collected on time. A delay of 2-3 days is very common while collecting and disposing them which makes the society dirty and foul smell comes. The people keep the bags outside their homes which makes the corridor area extremely smelly for nearly 2-3 days. Network is very unstable in the area in which the society is located which again is a major issue to focus on.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws were conveniently available near the society for transportation needs. The society maintained high standards of cleanliness and was well-maintained, offering all modern amenities for residents' convenience. The residents were friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, and the flats were properly ventilated for comfort. Additionally, separate parking was provided for visitors, ensuring ease of parking for everyone.
Things need improvement
The lack of a nearby metro station was inconvenient for residents. Moreover, there was a significant issue with the water supply, causing inconvenience to the residents. Additionally, the upper-level flat had significant leakage issues, which caused inconvenience to those living below.

Good things here
The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is maintained. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply. There are plenty of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, and indoor table tennis. Also I have friendly and humble neighbors in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality isn't great. I don't face seepage in my flat, but others do. Despite having many amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and badminton court, none of them have been functional since COVID.
