Good things here
As an owner in the project, I value the ample playground for children and the excellent upkeep of club facilities. The supportive community members create a positive atmosphere. Having shops nearby for daily essentials adds convenience to our lifestyle. Plus, the modern gym facility is a great perk for fitness lovers like me
Things need improvement
The shortage of parking space in the society can be really bothersome, causing parking problems and even risking damage to vehicles. The frequent traffic jams on nearby roads add to the noise, making things chaotic sometimes. Not having cab services or autos nearby can be tough, especially in emergencies. And to top it off, the frequent power cuts create more inconvenience for us residents.

Good things here
However, garbage collection was punctual, and cleaning and hygiene were well-maintained. The maintenance of lifts, CCTV, and security guards was excellent. The construction quality was good, and there were no issues experienced. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri were celebrated well. There were no problems with waterlogging or network issues. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was very good.
Things need improvement
Public transport like autos and rickshaws was scarce. There were few grocery shops and markets nearby. Metro connectivity was also lacking. There were no amenities like a swimming pool or clubhouse available.

Good things here
The society has auto and cab services, good road quality, and no traffic issues. Garbage collection is regular, and water tank cleaning is done. The construction is good with no seepage or cracks, and there is good ventilation and sunlight. The amenities include a garden, children�s play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly with no noise issues.
Things need improvement
There is no metro, railway station, or bus access. The lifts is not maintained on time , and the cleaning is poor. Issues are not solved on time. There is no swimming pool.

There was no issue in connectivity like auto, bus, cab, or metro, everything was easily accessible. maintenance was done properly. The Garden and the playground area are cleaned properly here. Garbage collection daily. overall i

N this society, there are occasional issues with seepage and leakage, but they get resolved promptly when we report them. Everything else is fine, making it overall a good place to live.

The society is well maintained and constructed there are no such issues like leakage and seepage even in the rainy season . Neighbours there are also friendly and helping in nature ,So over it is a great experience in this society

Although its a great society but the amenities there are not sufficient , there is only a gym on the name of amenities ,So this section need more attention and improvement

To maintain cleanliness, the waste collection, cleaning services, and elevator are all performed on schedule and on a regular basis. Transportation is made simple for the housing society's members with easy access to the nearby train station, automobiles, and taxis. The buildings feature enough ventilation and well plastered walls, which keep the interiors fresh. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, garden, and children's play area. The neighborhood has a nice sense of community since everyone is understanding and friendly.

Good things here
We celebrated cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri. The owner had covered parking, but those of us who rented had open parking. There was local train connectivity. The ventilation in the society was good. The security inside the society was very good, and the lifts and CCTV cameras worked well. The cleaning was also quite good.
Things need improvement
When we lived there, there wasn't good connectivity with auto rickshaws or buses, so we had to take cabs often. There wasn't a nearby mall. I heard about crime like murder and theft in that area. I didn't feel safe outside our society. It wasn't safe to go out alone at night. Our society didn't have modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or playground. There was a bit of leakage sometimes. There was no metro connectivity nearby.
