Good things here
Last year, the leakage issue was successfully resolved, bringing relief to residents. Daily garbage collection ensures the society remains clean. A continuous water supply adds to the convenience of living. Ample ventilation and good sunlight in the flats create a pleasant living environment. All modern amenities are not only available but also well-maintained for residents' comfort. The community is characterized by friendly and welcoming residents. With sufficient parking space and nearby auto rickshaw availability, transportation needs are easily met.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are in poor condition, filled with numerous potholes. Unfortunately, there's no designated parking space for visitors. Additionally, the flats lack balconies, which can be a drawback for residents.

Good things here
There are no major power cuts or garbage collections issues that happens in the society. The society provides power backup and regular garbage collection is done. The security system is very good in the society. Security apps are used for safety. CCTV cemeras are installed all over the society and all are functional. Society is also safe at night. There are elevators available in the society and all are properly functional. There is also CCTV installed in the lifts. Water supply and electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society, it's always available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is average as sometimes public transportations are not available, but autos are available sometimes. The society faces a lot of monkey problems inside the premises of the society, which is very disturbing at times, most of the time the windows remains closed because of this issue.

Good things here
The local railway station is within walking distance, which is convenient. The managing committee is attentive and works actively to resolve any issues in the society. Bachelor's are permitted to reside in the society. All modern amenities are available without any additional charges. Proper garbage disposal systems are in place, and the society has a high-security system. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring durability. The lifts are well-maintained, and the society undergoes timely painting to keep it looking fresh.
Things need improvement
There are no significant issues in the society to dislike, but the backup power connection from the generator is only available for common areas. Additionally, there are no solar panels installed in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good there are schools and hospitals near by the society even nahur station is near by the society. Construction is quite good and no such issues regarding it. All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house ,gym and eveything is well maintained. This is cosmopolitian building and eveybody is co-operative and helpful.
Things need improvement
Power back up is for common areas only in the society. Maintenece is the major drawback as the intercom is not working since long time and managing commitee has delayed since long time. security system is also average as security staff is less according to the crowd and housekeeping staff is also that great they dont clean each area of the apartment.

Good things here
All the amenities are available in the society like swiimng pool ,club house,sport area and gym and all are functional and well maintained. High security system is adopted as there are 24/7 security gaurds and all the areas were under CCTV survilance. Tenants are allowed to use amenities without paying extra. Quality of the cosntruction is good and rooms are spacious and well designed.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society and there are no local market near by the society other than this online facilities are available. construction work is going on just behind the building and this is self vantilated flat due to that constrution work we cant even open our window And there are monkeys as well around the society.

Good things here
Local transport facilities are easily available near by the society. Build wuality id strong as there are no issues regarding anything. All the amenities are availabe in the society like swimming pool,cub house,gym,kids play area etc. Society is highly maintained and spacious parking is available for owners.

Railway station is far away from the society but metro is at walkable distance from the society. Power back up is available for common areas only. visitors parking is not available in the society.

Good things here
Even though the construction of the apartment has become old the managing commitee has mainatained it so well like time to time painting and renovation done in the society. All the modern amenities were there like swimming pool,club house,gym and eveything was well eqquiped and well maintained in the society. High security system in the society,each perosn being verified on the entrance. Spacious parking was there in the society. All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is bit inside from the main road around 1 km,but when you reach through lv marg everything was easy to approach from there like auto,cabs,bu stand and grocerry shops. Railway station is far away from the society. Power back up facilities were there in the society.

Metro abhi tak chalu nhi hui hai but construction chal raha hai and jab bhi start hogi tab society se waking distance per hi hogi. auto and busses sab pass me available ho jata hai. connectivity bohot acchi hai in terms of markets and shopping mall, fir bhi traffic ka koi issue nhi aata hai. gym , garden play area and swimming pool kafi maintained hai. water supply 24*7 hai and proper clenliness maintained hai,
Things need improvement
Society me visitors ke liye alag se parking available nhi hai. flats me balconies nhi hai. when visitirs come its really challenging to park their cars.
