There are no issues with pet owners, which is a relief for those concerned about potential disturbances. Good things here

The connectivity of the society is best, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available around the society. Road conditions are good and street lights are functioning at night as well. Parking is alloted for all residential people in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Issues gets resolved on time. Society gives timely maintenance. CCTV cameras are installed. Elevators and safe and secure. Proper ventilation and air is there. Buildings are not conjested at all. There are proper gaps in between the buildings. issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Drainage system is very nice. People are overall good and nice. Cultural committee is there to arange events. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, badminton, foodball court, play area for kids are available in the society.

Good things here

Near the society, you could easily find autos, metro, and buses, and the roads outside were in good shape. We never had any problems with water supply, and all the modern amenities were there and taken care of. Everything was kept clean, and the people living there were nice. The lifts worked well, and there was plenty of parking for everyone, including visitors. And there was lots of greenery around, which was nice.

There was some traffic trouble near the society, and the construction quality of the buildings wasn't great at first, which caused problems like cracks and leaks.

There are no problems like as seepage, leaks, or termites because of the superb construction quality.

Good things here

There is abundant greenery in the society, and the gardens are well maintained. All modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Water is available 24/7. The residents are good, and the society is clean. The lifts are well maintained, and auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby. There is no traffic issue.

Things need improvement

If you have one four-wheeler, parking is sufficient, but if you have more than two, there's limited space. There's no parking available in the society for visitors; they have to park outside.

Good things here

Connectivity was good like there was local transport and public transport is easy to approach near by the society. Allocated parking space is there in the society for owners and visitors. Build quality was great there was no issues regarding seepage. High secuity system in the society,telecom facilities were there in the society. All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is fully functional. Crowd of the people is very helpful and co-operative. There is no water logging issues during rainy season.

Power back up facilities were not there in the society,there is no solar and generator in the society. There is traffic issues around the society alot.

Issues are resolved quickly, and there are no leakage problems; if any arise, the society promptly addresses them. All modern amenities are available, and people are nice. South Chennai, Adyar is a huge, well-developed neighborhood. The parking space is ample for residents and visitors. Schools, colleges, shopping malls are available within walking distance. The good condition of roads and green trees and street lights alongside them keeps the environment fresh. You can do jogging or evening walks as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere to take care of safety.

I am staying in Mahindra Gardens and I must say that this is one of the best projects I have invested in. The premium residential complex has an innovative design and is well maintained. Schools, colleges, malls, IT hubs are in close vicinity too. I am happy with the facilities like 24 hours electricity and water supply and security system.
