Mahaveer Rich has been our home for the past few years. My family enjoys the perks and security here. I move around the country for work but never worried for the members.

I would recommend Mahaveer Rich as the ideal place to settle down in this city. The infrastructure of this project is quite good for a middle class family. Great job done by the team!

It's close to some of Bangalore's most well-known suburbs, and it's close to some of the city's best schools and hospitals. If you opt to stay here, you will have few troubles; the cell network is good, and scheduled cabs arrive in no time because there are no traffic problems or Jams. It is suitable for both seniors and young people because of the well-built and maintained roads, parks, and beautiful flora.

The developer has added the required facilities and a unique floor plan for the apartments. Like others, we are happy to be a part of this gated community. Thanks to the team.

Electricity and water supply is good. The internal management is also good in maintaining the facilities here. I own a 2 BHK unit here and have made a good decision.

Amenities including shops, restaurants, and shopping malls are reachable at a short distance. Booking a cab or public transport is also an easy task at this location. There are several colleges and schools nearby which further makes it easier for parents who are looking for quality education for their kids without having any safety concerns. The construction quality is very good as the houses have a good ventilation system and the bathrooms are also big.

It is ready to move the project with possession offered in Jul 2010. Homes are spacious, well built, and provide a nice view. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall, and parks are available inside the society. Green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and all other amenities are present inside the society. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for a working couple as you will not find any security concerns here.

The project offers an Apartment with a perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide a comfortable living. Good connectivity to shops, malls, ATMs, colleges and schools, and all other basic amenities are available within a walking distance. Wide roads and well-maintained is an additional advantage along with power backup. The homes have good ventilation and the kitchen, bathroom fittings are good.

The project is a Vastu complaint. Another positive is the availability of grocery shops, ATMs, swimming pools, well-developed parks, and restaurants that are reachable within a few minutes' walk. There are CCTV cameras for the safety of the residents and guards do proper verification of the visitors. It seems that homes are designed and built with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here. The roads are well maintained and street lights are installed alongside.

The size of the Apartment ranges between 83.61 Sq. mt and 122.45 Sq. mt. Other amenities like shopping malls, grocery shops, ATMs, gyms, jogging parks are available inside the society. It has well-constructed houses and flats and there is no connectivity problem reaching here. The nearby railway station makes it easier to reach the destination in no time. Also, the bus/auto stand is available within a walking distance. The construction of inside as well outside homes is very good.
